A steady high quality talent is organization keep the core competitiveness of the key factors.Career plateau is a piece of career management practice and research important content,also known as career development stagnation,is one of the individual's career point,at the point in time,further enhance the possibility is very small.In the career plateau employees will feel psychological frustration,irritability,indifference to work,the lack of passion for life,competitiveness and innovation ability is abate,frequent career plateau not only impede employee personal career development,more related to the local taxation bureau of innovation strength and vigor.As people age,the appropriate individual to fewer and fewer opportunities to advance to the chances of career plateau also increases accordingly,age structure corresponding to large land tax system of career plateau phenomenon will be more common.How to from the Angle of human resource management and development,to solve this problem,is worth our study.This paper draws on three factors which have been widely concerned in the research circles in recent years.Tremblay(1993)and others have divided employees into three major factors: personal factors,family factors and organizational factors.Personal factors include: gender,educational background,age,personality factors,promotion aspirations,job involvement,and superior performance evaluation.Family factors include family satisfaction,personal family burden,etc.Organizational factors include the type of organizational structure and the career path of employees,the influence of working atmosphere,etc.Based on the study of the employees of XY local taxation bureau,this study will discuss the problem of the professional plateau phenomenon of employees of the local taxation bureau of XY.In this paper,we give a constructive and specific coping strategy for the professional plateau situation of Chinese and XY local tax officials from the perspective of individuals,families and organizations.In conclusion,this study can enrich the research of professional plateau theory in China,thus providing theoretical reference and academic reference for relevant research.Practical significance lies in can be based on the influence factors of career plateau,and put forward reasonable Suggestions to guide employees in work in thefuture career plateau even career have better performance,later for the tax bureau or individual shall have very important practical significance.
