The Communist Youth League is a bridge and link between the party and the youth.The full-time team cadres in Colleges and universities are the backbone of the league work in Colleges and universities.At present,facing the new situation and new development of the Communist Youth League to deepen the reform,the rapid growth of professional cadres plays an important role in the development of the work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities.It is an important task facing the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities how to build effective incentives to match the needs of college full-time cadres,to stimulate their initiative and enthusiasm in leading the work of young students and to pay attention to the sustainable growth of the Communist Youth League cadres.Based on the relevant theory of incentive,this paper takes the cadres of college full-time group as the research object,based on the needs of professional cadres in Colleges and universities.After reading a large number of relevant and research documents,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the status and characteristics of the incentive status and demand of professional cadres in Colleges and universities,using questionnaires and personal interviews.The main purpose of the article is expounded from several aspects.The first is to explain the background and significance of this study;two is to brief the relevant incentive theory;three is to analyze the status and existing problems of the professional cadre incentive;four is to put forward specific measures for effective incentives.The research shows that there are some problems in the motivation of professional cadres in Colleges and Universities:first,the wage compensation is unreasonable;the two is that the training mechanism for training and training needs to be improved;the three is that the transfer is not normal;the four is the backward career planning and construction;and the five is the imperfect internal promotion mechanism.It is pointed out that the specific incentive measures should be carried out according to the needs of the cadres of the full-time mission:to improve the salary and welfare allocation mechanism;to build up the promotion training plan for the growth and development;to plan the way of the promotion and promotion;to do a good career planning;to establish and improve the system of appraisal and punishment;to build a more dynamic team culture.So as to stimulate the enthusiasm of full-time League cadres and achieve effective incentives.
