The Research On The Care Of Left-behind Children By The Communist Youth League Organizations

Nowadays,with the rapid development of the economy,rural areas,agriculture and farmers problems are still worth exploring.In some isolated areas of second-tier and third-tier city,relying only by traditional agriculture,farmers cannot meet the growing material demands.More and more rural labors migrate for work,which resulted in a the new generation—left-behind children group.Left-behind children is worthy of Social concern.Especially there are more and more news about the left-behind children in recent years,such as left-behind children committed suicide in Guizhou Province and Bijie City,which have attracted a lot of attention from various regions,classes and departments.They organize donation for the left-behind children,to solve their material needs.But at the same time,there should be more help from the psychological level for the left-behind children.As a mass organization of advanced youth and the bridge and link between the party and the youth,the Communist Youth League should shoulder the responsibility of serving and leading the youth.In this paper,it mainly researches the intervention policy of the Communist Youth League to the left-behind children problems through a variety of ways of questionnaire,interview and literature analysis,providing a theoretical basis for the Communist Youth League for the care for the left-behind children.It also proved the importance of the Communist Youth League to the left-behind children,and clearly put forward the relevant policy of the Communist Youth League of left-behind children's psychological intervention and emotional support.It also plays its role in the care system the establishment of long-term mechanism,promoting the development of the left-behind children work.At first,this paper analyzes the present situation of left-behind children of J District,the number of the left-behind children associated with the condition of the villages and towns,problems of left-behind children,J District youth with special behavior and the relationship with the left-behind children and etc.It is to Grasp the present situation of left-behind children in J District,and understand the difficulties of left-behind children work.It pointed out that the satisfaction of material demand is not the prime problem of the left-behind children healthy growth,but the psychological intervention and emotional support,which lead to the important role of the Communist Youth League.Then analyses the Communist Youth League of J district,to discover the highlights and lowlights of its work,and to elaborate the Communist Youth League's work to the problem of the left-behind children in various specific measures such as from teenagers illegal crime prevention,the hope project,protection of minors,volunteer service level.Through the detailed analysis it brought forth the positive effect of the Communist Youth League to the left-behind children.On this basis,this paper put forward measures for the development of the Communist Youth League and salvation to the left-behind children in the follow-up work should be taken from such aspects as comprehensive governing the group,strict implementing policy,intensify preventing teenagers illegal crime,innovating work window,carrying out pilot work,and with the expectation to strengthen self-construction,innovative work philosophy,transformation of the work mode and integration of all resources,giving full play to the role of the Communist Youth League and sparking new energy services,it is also expected to bring the left-behind children a healthy and happy growth under the care of the Communist Youth League.Because my ability is limited,the understanding of the problem and the analysis of the cause is not deep enough.On the proposed counter measures are also personal opinions.In subsequent work,this problem should also be more in-depth and detailed researched.
