Study On The Communist Youth League Caring Rural Left-behind Children In Yunnan Province

With the accelerating process of urbanization,the migrant workers in rural areas have gradually increased in number.The parents and children of these migrant workers remain in the countryside and remain as left-behind people.With the continuous acceleration of economic development and the steep rise of rural left-behind people,among them,the number of left-behind children in rural areas is huge and prominently shown in some areas with relatively poor economic conditions.In recent years,China has implemented a series of policies and measures that care for left-behind children in rural areas.Many levels of children left behind in rural areas have also carried out protection work at all levels,regions and departments.However,relying solely on the government departments can no longer meet the real needs,we must mobilize social organizations and non-governmental forces to pay attention to the cause of protecting children left behind in rural areas.As the party’s assistant and reserve force,the Communist Youth League has a natural duty of resolving the problems of the party and the government.It is the duty of the Communist Youth League and the purpose of serving the people to do its due diligence to protect the left-behind children in rural areas.Based on public product theory and new public service theory,this paper summarizes the status of Yunnan Youth League left-behind children care services,using the survey,literature and field research methods to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,and put forward corresponding strategies and measures for The CYL support the work of children left behind in rural areas to provide theoretical support for the Yunnan Provincial Communist Youth League precisely care for rural children left behind with the service model has an important guiding role.This paper first describes the background of the left-behind children in rural areas,the theoretical basis of the CYL participation in caring for left-behind children in rural areas,and the basic situation of caring for left-behind children in rural areas of Yunnan Youth League.The article analyzes the service mode of caring children left behind in rural areas of Yunnan Youth League,Model,summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the Communist Youth League of Yunnan Province in caring for left-behind children in rural areas,the demonstration effect that the Communist Youth League played a similar organization in caring for left-behind children in rural areas,promoted the construction of public welfare platform and promoted the construction of rural humanities environment As well as the four achievements of perfecting the personal development of left-behind children in rural areas.On this basis,from the aspects of caring the activities of left-behind children in rural areas,the influence of carrying out caring activities and the carrying out of caring activities,this paper elaborates the problems existing in the work of caring for left-behind children in the Communist Youth League in Yunnan Province,analyzes the causes of these problems Factors,in-depth analysis of the root causes of economic development,the organization’s own shortcomings of the Communist Youth League,rural children left behind in the protection mechanism and information feedback mechanism.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the problems,the insufficiency and the influencing factors,this paper put forward the strategy of building the service model of caring children left behind in rural areas precisely,improving the attractiveness and adaptability of the service from internal management,seeking external support to realize the long-term development of the Communist Youth League,The cooperation of multi-party collaborations to build a caring service system for left-behind children in rural areas and to strengthen business training to guide workers in the CYL to correctly understand the left-behind children in rural areas and to provide accurate care for the service modes of left-behind children in rural areas provided opinions on caring for the construction of service systems for left-behind children in rural areas Suggest.However,the author’s research capability is limited,and the conditions for the research are relatively limited.The analysis of the deep-seated factors that restrict the construction of the service system for left-behind children in rural areas is not deep enough.The opinions and suggestions put forward still need to be improved,and more research is needed in the future.
