Military personnel are special occupations that safeguard the territorial integrity of the country and make the national sovereignty inviolable.The physical condition of the military directly affects the combat effectiveness of the troops.Under the new situation,the military is required to have better physical fitness.The new recruits are the fresh blood in the troops.An important part of maintaining vitality and progress,recruit physical training is an important part of military physical training.He decides whether the soldiers can lay a solid foundation.Whether the military responds to emergencies or natural disasters,or the usual combat missions and joint exercises with foreign troops,they must use good physical reserves as the supporting foundation for all technical and tactical movements.A good physical state is the basics of military performance.If you lose the foundation of good physical fitness,you will lose the most basic support,such as thinking judgment,observation ability,technical and tactical action efficiency,and it is difficult to apply it to practice.With the promulgation and implementation of the new version of the "Military Sports Training Outline",it can be seen that the physical training of the recruits is required to develop in a more comprehensive direction.The new training program adds many new training contents,which also brings new benefits to the new physical training.The challenge is not only to meet the requirements of the recruits,but also to improve the athletic ability of the recruits.Therefore,in order to improve the overall sports quality of the Chinese military and the effectiveness of the skills and tactics in combat,it is necessary to organize the recruit soldiers scientifically and reasonably.Perform regular physical training.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the new two physical fitness combinations at the beginning of the implementation of the new "Military Sports Training Outline",analyze the physical fitness and physical functional movements of the recruits at this stage,and develop a targeted "basic physical combination." "Assessing the project's group training program,verifying the training effect of the group training program,and providing reference for the troops' training on the "basic physical fitness combination" of the recruits.research method:A group sampling method was used to select 120 recruits from a group army.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The training of the team members was conducted for two weeks before the physical training.The physic training was performed on the recruits one week before the start of physical training."Results initial test,functional action screening and related exercise ability test,test referees mainly through the training backbone of the previous training,I am responsible for supervision and guidance during the test process to eliminate the interference factors affecting the experiment.Through the analysis of the results of the preliminary recruits test and the analysis of the content of the assessment project,the design of the training program for the new physical fitness assessment project was carried out.Each training session is organized by the squad leader.During the training process,the training personnel are required to arrange the venue reasonably,coordinate the training equipment,monitor the status of the recruits,request the trainees,clarify the training objectives,carefully implement the training content,and actively adjust and feedback.The training staff actively selects the assistant instructors in the recruits,which is conducive to better assist the squad leader in organizing training during the training process.The training method is mainly based on the cyclic training method.The training content in the training is carried out in the form of a site.Each site is divided into different sites.The training action is trained,and the loop training method is beneficial to the reasonable use of the training ground and training equipment,and it is easier to organize and manage during the training process.Research result:1.The training content is divided into three phases:The first stage: This stage is the adaptation stage of the recruits.The training time is 2 weeks.The significance is to improve the basic sports ability of the recruit soldiers,establish the correct action mode,and carry out the basic cycle practice with the self-respecting practice.The second stage: This stage is the improvement stage of the recruits.The training time is 5 weeks.The training is divided into two parts: strength exercises and basic combination exercises.The strength exercises are mainly to improve the strength of the lower limbs and the core stability of the trunk.The basic strength of the foundation,the combination of exercises is to develop the general footwork of the trained recruits and the ability to control the body posture.The third stage: this stage is the intensive stage,adding strength training to the upper and lower limbs in strength exercises,such as high-turning,snatching,etc.,emphasizing multi-joint participation,lower limb push and lower limb pull alternately;the new training gives the new soldier anti-rotation and resistance Resistance exercises,flexible use of TRX and other training equipment,combined exercises to add more complex footwork and reaction ability exercises,training requires recruit soldiers to have the ability to balance the direction of change,brake acceleration in rapid movement,develop new directions Ability to move,conduct external reaction ability training,and further enhance the sensitivity of technical actions.2.After the training of 12 weeks,the results of the evaluation of "basic physical energy combination one" and "basic physical energy combination two" in the experimental group and the control group were compared.The data showed that the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference(P<0.05).The pass rate of the two assessment items in the experimental group was 95% and 88%,respectively,which were higher than the control group.3.After 12 weeks of training,the experimental group and the control group were tested for exercise capacity.The data were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the results of the experimental group were significantly different from those before the experiment(P<0.05).The scores were also improved but lower than the scores of the experimental group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.After the training of 12 weeks,the functional group and the control group were screened for functional actions.The comparison data showed that the experimental group and the control group were deep,active straight leg uplift,trunk stable push-ups,hurdle steps,straight-line steps,and rotational stability.There were significant differences in motion(P>0.05),and the differences in shoulder joint flexibility test were not significant(P<0.05).Analysis conclusion:The training program for the recruits' new physical fitness assessment program has obvious effects on improving the assessment results and physical fitness of the recruit soldiers.
