DDrugs cause great harm to human life, and it is a very serious problem in China and the whole world. The effects of drug abuse have become a very important issue for individuals, families and societies. The behavior of drug abstinence constantly harms the physical and mental health of drug abusers, and then develops into a family and social threat.Through consulting the relevant literature,it can be seen that a set of complete and orderly sports training programs for physical exercise will affect the physical quality and develop in a positive and correct direction.A large number of studies have also pointed out that there is an inextricable relationship between sports and physical fitness,in addition, transportation Movement has a positive impact on improving and improving physical fitness. Therefore, this experimental research is based on the existing research situation.Using the method of core strength training and intervention to improve the physical condition of drug addicts in compulsory isolation has been proved to be feasible in previous studies. Therefore,in this study, the core strength training content as the intervention measures, the experimental object is a drug rehabilitation center in Shanghai,60 drug addicts.According to some basic conditions of compulsory isolation of drug abusers, drug addicts were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. The experiment will be conducted on the experimental group for 12 weeks of core strength training intervention. Before the experiment,After that,60 compulsory drug addicts were tested for strength, coordination and sensitivity, and the data before and after the experiment were recorded respectively. The statistical analysis methods such as ANOVA and independent sample t-test were used to analyze the post-experiment results of the experimental group and the control group, and the results were compared with the national standard. The experimental results show that the core strength training has no effect on the physical strength, coordination and sensitivity of the drug addicts, and explores the effect of the core strength training on the physical strength, coordination and sensitivity of the drug abusers in order to explore the effect of the core strength training on the physical strength, coordination and sensitivity of the drug addicts. Thus,it can provide theoretical basis and practical application for the use of sports intervention means in drug treatment centers.Test.Results of the study:(1)after the core strength training experiment, before and after the experimentalgroup and compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in the physical strength of drug addicts(P < 0.01).(2)after the core strength training experiment, before and after the experimental group and the control group, the coordination quality of the drug addicts was obviously better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference(P< 0.01).(3)after the core strength training experiment, before and after the experimental group and compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the indexes of physical sensitivity of drug addicts(P > 0.05).The study concluded that:(1)Through the intervention experiment of the core strength training program for 12 weeks, the core strength training can promote the strength quality of drug abusers.(2)Through the intervention experiment of the core strength training program for 12 weeks, the core strength training can promote the coordination quality of drug abusers.(3)After 12-week intervention experiment of core strength training program, the effect of core strength training on the sensitive quality of drug addicts was not obvious.
