Research On The Application Of "Internet + Pension" Service Model

Statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics show that as of 2017,China's population aged 60 and over is 240 million,accounting for 17.3% of the total population.The surge of white hair has become a serious problem that China's economic and social development must face.The government has issued several documents to promote the construction of the old-age service system.In recent years,with the development of Internet technology,the smart pension platform has established a database of elderly people and elderly services through the construction of a network-supported information platform with the help of modern technology.The use of archives to achieve effective connection between home,community and institutional aged care services provides a strong supporting vehicle for data collection and analysis,thereby improving the quality of aged care services,expanding the content of aged care services,and attracting aged care services.The "Internet + Pension" service comprehensive information platform is a concentrated expression of the integration of the Internet and the aged care industry.It is the hub of the "online and offline" connection of the pension industry.To realize the "Internet + pension" service model,the establishment and promotion of the information platform is crucial..For example,the community home care network service platform in Hainan Province allows the elderly service company to provide on-site service through the mobile APP.Xi'an Wisdom Home Care Command Center and Calling Platform provide smart devices such as watches for the elderly at home;for the elderly who choose institutions to support the elderly,with the help of mobile Internet,family members can learn about the daily care of the elderly,check the test report,and remotely settle through the APP.In recent years,under the impetus of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy,the economic development of Shijiazhuang City has made certain progress,but compared with other provincial capital cities,the level of economic development is still at a lower level,and the pressure of old-age care has become worse in the case of economic backwardness.A more difficult problem,such as the miniaturization of the family structure,the pre-existence of the old,the rapid development of aging,and the high degree,are particularly prominent inShijiazhuang.In March 2017,with the support of Shijiazhuang Civil Affairs Bureau,Shijiazhuang City's “ Internet + Pension ” comprehensive information platform was established.Under the requirements of Shijiazhuang pension policy,the platform used the network and information technology to improve the old-age service system and promote the market.Accurate service and improve the level of aged care services.Up to now,there are238 old-age care institutions in the city,214 in the platform;318 home-based care centers,316 in the platform,and more than 14,000 registered elderly pension services.Based on the theory of welfare pluralism,new public management,and long tail theory,this paper seeks to explore the realization path of the “Internet + Pension” service model in Shijiazhuang,the capital of Hebei Province,through literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis.First,using SWOT analysis,through the comparison with the traditional old-age service model,looking for the advantages and development opportunities of the "Internet + pension" service model,and then explore the inherent disadvantages of this model,as well as the threat brought by the external environment.Through analysis,we can see that the "Internet + pension" service model has its own advantages,such as the ability to accurately match the supply and demand of the aged care service and save costs.With the support of national policies,the advancement of Internet technology,and the popularity of the Internet among the elderly,it also provides a better opportunity for the Internet to integrate into the aged care service.However,it is undeniable that the Internet itself still has hidden dangers of information security.As the first-time Internet users,the elderly information is easily leaked and used by criminals.More importantly,the promotion of this model will face the challenges brought by the external environment,that is,the difficulty of landing government policies and the tendency of corporate investment to be biased,which needs to be overcome in future development.In order to further explore the role of Internet technology in the provision of aged care services,the author personally participated in the construction and operation of the "Internet +Pension" project in Shijiazhuang City.This paper will introduce the establishment,promotion and use of Shijiazhuang City Comprehensive Information Platform,summarize its service model,promotion methods and operation,refine lessons and provide reference for the futureapplication of "Internet +" in social care services."Internet + pension" is a system-intensive project that requires the interaction of multiple parties to promote its development.Pension is a welfare undertaking promoted by the state.The position of the government cannot be ignored.It is also an indispensable link to enhance the awareness of the Internet on the Internet and enhance its awareness of network security.Social organizations can compete through benign competition under the goal of maximizing benefits.Promote the integration of the Internet in the aged care service;finally,it is necessary to continue to promote the development of the "Internet + pension" comprehensive information platform,mainly reflecting the optimization of platform system functions and fostering profit models.
