Research On The Service Of“internet+Home-based Pension” In Baoding

With the increasing problem of population aging,new pension models are constantly being explored in China to meet the diverse needs of the elderly.In recent years,technologies such as the Internet,big data,and the Internet of Things have continuously developed and matured,opening up new paths for the development of the elderly care service.As one of the central cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,Baoding City has an aging degree higher than the provincial average and the national average,which makes the problem of old-age care an important issue of people's livelihood to be solved urgently.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development of " Internet + Home Pension " service in Baoding.This thesis is based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,New Public Management,Welfare Pluralism and other basic theories,and uses a variety of research methods such as questionnaire surveys,field interviews,and comparative analysis to conduct research on Baoding City's "Internet + Home Pension" service.The survey found that the existing problems of the " Internet + Home Pension " service in Baoding City mainly include the following: the old people's low recognition of the " Internet + Home Pension " service,the old people's enthusiasm for aging service consumption is not high,and the management system of relevant departments is imperfection,scarcity of professional nursing staff,and low participation rate of student volunteers.This thesis analyzes the reasons behind the problems from multiple angles such as supply system,capital,and platform operation.This thesis longitudinally summarizes the development background and current situation of Baoding City's "Internet + Home Pension" service.The size of the elderly population in Baoding City,favorable conditions,policy support,and active exploration in the " Internet + Home Pension " service were analyzed.Compare the development models of multiple regions horizontally.The successful experiences of domestically developed cities in "Internet + Home Pension" are absorbed,such as the "2+2" service model in Wuzhen,Zhejiang,the "virtual nursing home" service model in Beijiang District,Ningbo,and the "O2O" service in Beijing mode.This research can provide a reference for the future development of Baoding City's "Internet + Home Pension".In order to ensure the healthy and long-term development of the "Internet + Home Pension" service in Baoding,this thesis attaches importance to the participation of social forces and adds the construction of a voluntary service platform to the "Internet + Home Pension" service platform.The advantages of advanced technologies such as the Internet,cloud computing,and big data have been deeply explored.The market operation law and reality of the pension service in Baoding City have been fully considered.This thesis draws on the technical advantages of large cloud service companies and cooperates with governments,families,social organizations and other multi-party responsible entities to build a practical "Internet + Home Pension" service platform construction plan.Finally,this thesis puts forward the development suggestion of Baoding City's "Internet + Home Pension" service: shaping the "new era" management thinking.Create a "family-style" pension model.Advocate "marketoriented" pension services.Construction of "modern" public welfare undertakings.Finally,build the "Internet + Home Pension" service ecosystem in Baoding.
