Poverty alleviation work is a key task of the party's 19 th National Congress.In order to realize the poverty alleviation of the rural poor in China under the current standards and the smooth removal of caps in all poverty-stricken counties,rural poverty alleviation has received unprecedented attention in recent years.The state and society have invested a lot of manpower and resources for rural poverty alleviation.At present,the fight against poverty has entered a countdown.As a front-line worker for poverty alleviation,village cadres have direct contact with poor households and are familiar with the grassroots situation.Their performance and responsibility behaviors and daily work style have a direct impact on the effectiveness of poverty alleviation work in rural areas.However,at present,village cadres are still the mainstay of disciplinary violations in the field of poverty alleviation,both in the country and in the provinces.The village cadres are prone to frequent corruption problems of “helping the brains” and “stretching the black hands”,directly infringing on the vital interests of poor households,damaging the confidence and fighting spirit of the poor in poverty-stricken areas,and affecting the credibility of the party and the government.Must be highly concerned.In particular,we must look at the essence through phenomena,find out the internal causes of problems,solve the crux of the problem,and escort for poverty alleviation.J Province is a traditional revolutionary old district located in central China.It has a long history of agriculture and a large rural population.The level of industrial development is quite different from that of developed coastal provinces.Solidly doing the work of poverty alleviation in J province and realizing the poverty of the rural population in the old districts is not only a realistic need to improve the people's livelihood in the old districts,but also a demonstration effect for the poverty alleviation work in the underdeveloped areas of the central region.At the same time,J province has carried out poverty alleviation work,the poverty-stricken population has been reduced by more than half,and the incidence of poverty has been greatly reduced.The special governance of corruption and work styles in poverty alleviation areas in the province has also had a certain impact throughout the country.Analysis and summary of relevant practices in the province of J has a certain typical significance.Based on the above factors,in order to solve the problem of corruption of village cadres in poverty alleviation in China and further improve the effectiveness of poverty alleviation in rural areas,this study uses J province as the research object to analyze the corruption problems of village cadres in the poverty alleviation areas discovered and investigated in J province since 2017.Based on the data and supported by the case,we sort out cases with typical significance,conduct case analysis,and find common problems and characteristics through theoretical research,data analysis,case analysis,and research visits.Analyze these common problems and characteristics,and then find out the deep-seated reasons for the corruption of village cadres in the field of poverty alleviation,including the system's failure to fulfill the duties of poverty alleviation,the allocation of poverty alleviation funds,the lack of rural grassroots autonomy,the village cadres' own factors,etc.There are many reasons.Based on this,from the aspects of promoting the department's performance of duties,improving the system and mechanism,improving the means of governance,and strengthening the legal education of village cadres,we put forward comprehensive countermeasures to prevent and reduce the corruption of village cadres in the field of poverty alleviation,with a view to improving the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.for your reference.
