Study On The Government Functions In The Development Of The Health Industry In Xundian County

With the coming of ageing society and the increasingly prominent social sub-health problems,the demand for health care has become the public demand of the whole society,and the time for national health care has arrived.Xundian county has the resource advantage of developing the health industry,and developing the health industry is also the inevitable choice for xundian county to break through the bottleneck of industrial development and stimulate the vitality of county economic development.Under the background of "healthy China" strategy,the development train of "green energy","green food" and "healthy life destination"in yunnan,and the construction of"China’s healthy city" in kunming,it is worthy of our consideration and research on how to perform government functions well for accelerating the promotion of health industry.This paper puts forward the necessity of government intervention in the development of health industry based on the characteristics of health industry,and clarifies the positioning,content and systematic analysis framework of government function in the development of health industry by using the new public management theory and government function theory.Studies have shown that the problems of the government functions in the health industry development from six aspects.Such as the development planning system of the health industry is not sound,the policy and tax policy support of the health industry is insufficient,lack of standards and standard system,the management system is not smooth,the service platform system is not perfect and the shortage of management team and professional training problems.Drawing lessons from the development experience of Panzhihua and combining with Combined with the actual situation of Xundian county,suggestions are put forward for the government of Xundian county to better play its government functions and promote the development of health industry from five aspects:improving the industrial development planning system,increasing the support of health industry development policy and fiscal and taxation policy,improving the standards and norms system of health industry,strengthening organizational leadership and market supervision,and improving the construction of public service platform system.
