Research On The Performance Of Government Functions Of Health Care Industry Development In Moni Town,Xuyong County

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that: implement the national strategy of actively responding to the aging of the population,develop the old-age service and the old-age industry,optimize the service for the elderly,and promote the realization of basic old-age service for all the elderly.The health industry,as a new model,new business form and new measure of China’s big health industry,is gradually becoming a new engine and new power to promote low-carbon economy and achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality at a high level in China.Forest health,ecological health and other business forms are gradually accepted by the public.On the one hand,with the growth of people’s demand for health care,people began to regard health care as the first choice for leisure and vacation,giving priority to the comfortable natural ecological environment.On the other hand,the COVID-19 epidemic has made the masses pay more attention to health,recuperation,and health preservation,and further enhance their awareness of fearing nature,being close to nature,and pursuing health.The demand for health care services has further increased,providing important development opportunities for the health care industry,which will become the primary choice for people to improve their quality of life,the development path of green economy,and an important breakthrough in "innovation driven" It has become an inevitable trend for forestry transformation and upgrading to achieve ecological development.In 2020,Xuyong County will enter the stage of consolidating and expanding its achievements and rural development will enter the stage of comprehensive revitalization after the official poverty alleviation.During the period of poverty alleviation,Xuyong County has been awarded the title of“Advanced County for Poverty Alleviation in the Province”,“Counties with Significant Achievements in Relocation of Poverty Alleviation in the 13 th Five-Year Plan” and “Counties with Outstanding Performance in National Health Poverty Alleviation” for four years.The results of poverty alleviation have laid the foundation for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.As a key mountain town in the south of Xuyong County,Moni Town has unique geographical and natural advantages and comfortable and livable ecological environment,which is an important part of the implementation of the central grand healthy development strategy and rural revitalization strategy of Xuyong County.Therefore,on the basis of drawing lessons from how advanced regions in China perform government functions to optimize the development of health care industry,and in view of the problems and deficiencies existing in the current government functions of Moni Town,Xuyong County,this paper puts forward eight suggestions,hoping to give some reference to the local government: first,build a 4A level health care tourism town based on superior resources;Second,strengthen the soft and hard foundation and improve the central function;Thirdly,deepen institutional reform and strengthen endogenous driving force;Fourth,carry forward inheritance and protection,and explore characteristic culture;Fifth,consolidate the integration of industry and city,and promote connectivity;Sixth,the strategy of revitalizing talents to support the development of the entire region;Seventh,strengthen ecological construction and build livable centers;Eighth,improve the governance system and create a safe center.
