Research On Government Function Performing In Developing Tea Industry In Taishun County

In the past 40 years,the scale,efficiency,and quality of my country’s tea industry have been significantly improved,the categories have become more diverse,the system construction has been gradually improved,and the brand building has achieved results.As one of the largest tea-producing provinces in China,the scale of the tea industry has reached a record high,showing a good development trend of multiple types of tea and multiple businesses.Taishun County is located in the mountainous area of southern Zhejiang.It has the advantages of natural ecological environment resources and a long history of experience,and unique conditions for tea production.Under the background that the country attaches great importance to the development of agriculture and rural areas,China’s tea industry,which has multiple industrial attributes such as people’s livelihood,ecology,culture,and health,has ushered in a golden development period of strategic opportunities.The Taishun County Party Committee and Government attach great importance to the development of the tea industry to optimize The focus are on variety,quality and brand,in order to build a regional public brand and continuously improve the quality,efficiency and market competitiveness of Taishun tea,but there are still some shortcomings in the operation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on the topic of "Research on Government Functions in the Development of Taishun County’s Tea Industry".Based on the characteristics of the tea industry,this paper uses the government functions and related public management theories to analyze the performance of government functions in the development of the tea industry in terms of macro-control,public services,market supervision,financial investment,and social management.The tea industry in Shun County has problems such as unsound development planning,insufficient support policy support,industry-standard system to be revised,no top-level mechanism,imperfect public service system,and the need to strengthen the management team.At the same time,by analyzing successful tea industry development cases in Fuding City,Songyang County,Xinchang County and other regions,summarizing their development experience,drawing on advanced practices and experiences at home and abroad,from strengthening macro-control,market supervision,public services,financial From the perspective of government functions such as investment and social management,it provides specific optimization suggestions for the development of the tea industry in Taishun County,with a view to providing strong guidance for the development of the tea industry in Taishun County from the perspective of government functions through research,and to promote the Taishun County government.Provide reference and reference for the high-quality development of the tea industry.The research results show that(1)the government function problems in the development of the tea industry in Taishun County are mainly caused by unscientific administrative concepts,inadequate transformation of government functions,unreasonable government functions,lack of government management and supervision,and local financial systems.It is caused by imperfections and other reasons;(2)Based on the analysis of government function problems and their causes in the development of the tea industry in Taishun County,six aspects of strengthening macro-control,market supervision,public services,financial investment,and social management have been proposed.Improve the tea industry development plan,straighten out the management mechanism,strengthen the overall planning and investment of industrial projects,improve the tea industry industry standards and norms system,strengthen the tea quality and safety management,improve the industrial technology service system,strengthen industrial policy support,and strengthen the talents of the tea industry Relevant countermeasures and suggestions for team building.
