Study On The Government's Promotion Of Private Enterprises And Regional Economic In Jiangsu Province

At present,the development of private enterprises has been attracted the attention of the whole society.Especially after the private enterprise symposium at the end of 2018,the CPC Central Committee once again proposed that we should attach great importance to the development of private enterprises.In recent years,the development of private enterprises is declining and their contribution to regional economy is declining.In addition to the problems of enterprises themselves,the inadequate play of government functions by local governments in the development of private enterprises is also an important factor.However,in the process of promoting the development of private enterprises,local governments in Jiangsu also have some problems,such as inadequate policy implementation and unbalanced resource allocation.Only in the process of supporting the development of private enterprises,the local government pays attention to the implementation of relevant policies,and strengthens the supervision of the implementation process of local government policies,can it better promote the healthy development of private enterprises and regional economy.In this paper,Jiangsu local government in private enterprises and regional economic development of government functions as the research object,read domestic and foreign scholars on private enterprises and regional economic development of government functions research works,journals.Firstly,through the statistical yearbook data of Jiangsu Province over the years,this paper analyses the current situation of the development of private enterprises and regional economy in Jiangsu Province,and finds that the contribution value of private enterprises to regional economy is shrinking at the present stage.At the same time,it clarifies the role and significance of government functions in the development of private enterprises and regional economy combined with relevant policy information published by the government.Then,based on the relevant data of Jiangsu Statistical Yearbook from 2009 to 2018,the correlation between private enterprise development and regional economic development is obtained by using SPSS software,which further illustrates the mutually beneficial coexistence and inseparability of private enterprise and regional economy in the development process,highlights the contribution and value of private enterprise development to regional economic development,and also discovers the people in recent years.The development of private enterprises is not stable.The unstable development of private enterprises reduces their contribution to regional economic developmentand slows down the growth rate of regional economic development.It is concluded that private enterprises are indispensable in the process of regional economic development.Private enterprises can serve as the focus and foothold of local governments to promote regional economic development.Secondly,through questionnaires,interviews and discussions,the paper studies the development of private enterprises in Jiangsu Province,and finds that there is a gap between the demand for local government services and the supply of local government services.That is to say,due to the inadequate and incomplete play of local government functions,the development of private enterprises is declining at this stage.In the critical stage of economic transformation,although private enterprises have many opportunities for development,they still face many problems and difficulties in the process of questionnaires and interviews.Local government functions are inadequate and can not better lead the development of private enterprises in Jiangsu,which makes the development of private enterprises slow down the development of regional economy.In order to better realize the high-quality development of Jiangsu's economy and solve the difficulties faced by private enterprises under the background of economic transformation,this paper puts forward some suggestions based on the actual development of private enterprises and regional economy in Jiangsu Province.The local government promotes the mutually beneficial coexistence and development of private enterprises and regional economy.
