Research On Financing Guarantee Model Of Military And Civilian Integration Enterprises In China

Military-civilian integration is a national strategy based on the national conditions of our country,and as the key subject of the deep development of military-civilian integration,military-civilian integration enterprises are gradually becoming a new force in the economic development of our country.The development and growth of military-civilian integration enterprises can not be separated from financial support,although the financing environment of military-civilian integration enterprises in our country is in the process of being perfected,similar to the traditional enterprises,the military-civilian integration enterprises also have financing problems,and because of the high confidentiality of military-civilian integration enterprises,the information asymmetry between them and financial institutions is more serious,which also causes the military and civil integration enterprises to face many difficulties in financing..By giving full play to their professional advantages,guarantee institutions can greatly reduce the information asymmetry between banks and enterprises,reduce the risks faced by banks,and broaden the financing channels of military and civil integration enterprises.Therefore,based on the advantages of guarantee to alleviate the financing predicament of enterprises,it is particularly important to construct a financing guarantee model to meet the development needs of military and civil integration enterprises.In this context,this paper takes the military-civilian integration enterprises as the main research body,through combing the financing environment of the military and civilian integration enterprises in our country,summarizes the specific financing problems faced by the military and civilian integration enterprises at present,such as: the enterprise financing channel is single,lack of specialized guarantee agencies for military and civil integration,etc.Around this series of problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the angles of asymmetric information,imperfect laws related to the financing of military and civil integration enterprises,and imperfect investment and financing mechanisms.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the present situation of financing guarantee and the development of the existing main financing guarantee modes,and combined with the development of military and civil fusion financing guarantee,finds out the problems existing in the existing financing guarantee mode when supporting the financing of military and civil integration enterprises,the main problems are as follows: high guarantee requirements,asymmetric information between enterprises and guarantee institutions,and so on.In view of the above problems,on the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant financing guarantee mode at home and abroad,this paper designs a financing guarantee mode suitable for the military and civil integration enterprises,this model introduces a number of participants,including guarantee institutions,government agencies,military-civilian integration enterprises financing centers,institutions involved in the decryption of military-civilian integration enterprises and intermediaries providing pre-loan and post-loan services,among traditional credit facilities,in order to disperse the risks faced by banks and improve the enthusiasm of banks to participate.At the same time,from six aspects: standardizing the decryption procedure of the enterprise,requiring the enterprise to provide anti-guarantee,perfecting the legal system,strengthening the credit construction of the enterprise,standardizing the behavior of the intermediary organization and building the resource sharing platform.In addition,based on this model,the financing guarantee products of military and civil integration enterprises are designed.The research conclusion will provide some reference for solving the financing predicament of military and civil integration enterprises,provide a new path for guarantee institutions to participate in bank-enterprise credit,provide new ideas for banks to reduce credit risk,and provide reference for relevant departments to formulate corresponding policies.
