Research On The Evaluation Of Military-Civilian Integration Logistics Cooperation Level

For a long time,Chinese military logistics and local enterprise logistics have formed separate systems,and they rarely overlap.After military-civilian integration became a national strategy,the military-civilian logistics system began to explore integration in all aspects.Private logistics companies have begun to participate in the construction of the military’s logistics system and the integrated construction of transportation infrastructure.The military uses local resources to reserve war-ready materials.But from an overall point of view,the military and local logistics companies have not formed a mature system for cooperation,the evaluation criteria for cooperative logistics companies have not been perfected,and the level of cooperation between the two parties has not been clearly divided,which hinders the further integration of military and civilian logistics.This paper sorts out the relevant research literature of military-civilian integrated logistics,and analyzes the development status of my Chinese military-civilian integrated logistics based on the actual situation,and divides the development level of cooperation between the military and logistics enterprises into integrated,combined,functional and selective types from high to low.4 levels.From the perspective of logistics enterprises,summarizing the factors affecting the development of cooperation between the military and logistics enterprises,and further establishing a logistics enterprise evaluation system,combined with the division of militarycivilian logistics cooperation levels,can help the military evaluate logistics enterprises and determine their level.According to the evaluation theory of military logistics demand and logistics partner selection,this article establishes a military-civilian integrated logistics cooperation level evaluation index system,and uses BP neural network to construct an evaluation model.Finally,actual logistics companies are used as an example to verify the applicability of the model.Sexuality and scientificity.This paper studies the military-civilian integrated logistics from the cooperation level,which has a certain reference significance for the military to choose logistics partners,and provides a reference for the military and logistics enterprises to position themselves at the cooperation level.
