Problems And The Adjustment Path Of Cultural Adaptation Of Urban Ethnic Minorities Migrants

Under the new situation of modernization,new urbanization and increasingly active population movement across regions,the quantities of urban minority migrants continue to grow.At the same time,urban ethnic minority migrants nowadays are no longer simply asking for higher economic income level and satisfied with the cultural adaption at the material level,but they are more eager to achieve urban cultural adaptation at the institutional and spiritual levels.As one of the mega urbans in China,Guangzhou is the essential node city with a large influx and frequent transfer of minorities,which is also one of the fastest growing and largest increasing cities in minority population.In this case,how to realize the positive cultural adaptation of urban minority migrants in the urban context of Guangzhou is not only related to national solidarity,social integration and socialist harmony and stability,but also an important event in the new era.Moreover,it's also the necessary and meaningful response to the call of 2016 National Urban Ethnic Work Conference,which claims to strengthen the party's leadership over urban national work,improve the leadership and working mechanism,strengthen the construction of urban national cadres,broadly mobilize the participation of all social forces,and work hard to create new urban work in China.Based on the actual investigation of the cultural adaptation of the floating population of the ethnic minorities in Guangzhou,this paper will start from the concepts and the characteristics of cultural adaptation of urban minority migrants under the guidance of Marxist national theory and cultural adaptation theory,and pay great attention to discover the current cultural adaptation of ethnic minority migrants in the city and then propose corresponding solutions.This paper based on the Starting from the actual survey data of the cultural adaptation of the floating population of ethnic minorities in Guangzhou,and then conducts specific analysis on the problems of the urban ethnic minorities when they culturally adapt to the city,such as insufficient adaptability at the self level,inadequate national work system and mechanism,insufficient policy system guarantee,and insufficient social system at the social level.Last but not least,the paper mainly discusses the practical experience of the cultural adaptation of foreign ethnic groups at home and abroad for the study of the cultural adaptation of urban minority migrants,and then mainly discusses the adjustment of the cultural adaptation of urban ethnic minorities migrants.It's proved in this essay that it is necessary to stimulate the individual's own internal forces in the process of cultural adaptation,while it's also need to better play and use the support and guarantee role of the government and society in promoting the cultural adaptation of urban minority migrants.
