The Construction Of The Competency Model For Anti-drug Social Workers

In recent years,with the development of social work in our country,the demand for social work professional talents surges.In order to expand their work teams rapidly and occupy the social work service market,many social work institutions pay more attention to the professional background,education and work experience in the process of talent recruitment,give less consideration to the applicant's comprehensive quality,including their personal characteristics.In the construction of talent staff,there are still some realistic difficulties,such as lack of capacity,lack of scientific talent evaluation standard and talent cultivation system.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to clarify the competency of social workers.The research results of the social worker competency model can not only be used to select excellent workers,but also be applied to the human resource management of social work institutions,so as to make the human resource management work-refined and reasonable.This paper selected the anti-drug social workers in L anti-drug social work service center as the research object,based on the theory of competency,take"literature analysis-critical incident interviews-building theoretical model-model test-establish the competency model-the application of competency model”as the research train of thought,carry out empirical research on the competency model of the anti-drug social workers.This study mainly includes the following two parts:1.The construction of competence model of social workers in anti-drug.This study first collected the competency traits of anti-drug social workers through literature review and interviews with key events.Then the collected competency indicators are classified and divided into different levels.After improving the competency index system,we formed a preliminary competency model for anti-drug social workers.2.Test the competency model of anti-drug social workers.The preliminary model was tested and modified by questionnaire survey,and the final model of drug social worker competence was established.The model includes five dimensions:personal traits,motivation,knowledge,ability and values,including 32 competency elements.The study not only enriches the research field of the competency model of anti-drug social workers,but also provides theoretical basis and scientific basis for the ability assessment of drug social workers.It is also of great importance for optimizing the human resource management of anti-drug social worker institutions.
