Research On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations From The Perspective Of Urbanization

Over the past more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in its urbanization development.Under the guidance of the concept of people-oriented,harmonious development and ecological civilization,the party,as the leader of the urbanization development,should continuously improve its ability to lead the urbanization construction and seek a new development path for the urbanization development.As required by the new era,the rural grass-roots party organization to correctly grasp the role in the development of urbanization process,with the work method of science innovation to strengthen the self building,the rural grass-roots party organization construction,to better promote the development of urban and rural integration,urbanization construction to better complete the great mission to provide a strong organizational guarantee.With the development of urbanization,there are some outstanding problems in the construction of six aspects of politics,ideology,organization,style of work,discipline and system in rural grassroots party organizations.In terms of political construction,some party members and cadres’ political positions are relatively vague and not firm enough,lacking high loyalty to the party and not clear-cut enough.The political life within the party is not standardized and serious,which results in vulgarization and dilution,and lacks the enthusiasm and initiative to participate in the political life within the party.The political ecology in the party is dirty,the political environment is deteriorating,and there is a lack of self-purification consciousness.The political ecology still needs further purification.In the ideological construction,the thought is not emancipated,can not accept the new things,can not keep up with the pace of The Times,the thought is backward conservative ideas;The work method is not flexible enough,lacks the innovation,the habit copies,cannot use the scientific innovation work method to look at the question;Individual party members and cadres waver in their belief,and various erroneous ideological trends of belief occur frequently.In terms of organizational construction,the capacity of organizational construction needs to be improved,and it lacks the ability to cope with various emergencies.The cadre troop construction still needs to consummate,the organization establishment is not perfect,the organization system lacks to carry out;The party membership must be strengthened,and there is a shortage of partymembers who are competent and educated enough to help with urbanization.In the style construction,part of the party cadres learning atmosphere is not strong,lack of learning consciousness and initiative,learning form and single;Bureaucracy is still serious in work,putting on AIRS in front of the masses and not taking their sufferings to heart.The style of life is not good,free spending,the pursuit of high consumption standards,the lack of hard work style of life.In the construction of discipline,some party members and cadres form cliques and have weak ideas of political discipline,which leads to political laxity and organizational laxity.Low awareness of honesty and self-discipline,forgetting the purpose of the party,abusing power,going his own way,lack of self-restraint ability;Inadequate enforcement of discipline by the masses undermines the relationship between the party and the masses and affects the party’s image and status among the masses.In terms of system construction,democratic centralism is not fully implemented.The implementation of the inner-party supervision system is not strong enough.The selection system of party members and cadres is not reasonable,there are cognitive biases in the selection process,and no reasonable and effective selection mechanism has been established.Facing these problems,we should strengthen the construction of rural grassroots party organizations to better promote the development of urbanization.In politics,we must closely focus on the party’s political line,firmly adhere to the party’s political position and take inner-party political life seriously.In the thought must break down the backwardness conservative thought idea,the promotion thought innovation ability;In the organization to enhance the party’s organizational capacity,strengthen the ranks of cadres,party members;In the style of study to strengthen the construction,improve the style of work,carry forward the industrious and thrifty style of life;In terms of discipline,we must strictly observe the party’s political discipline and its mass discipline.In terms of system,we should implement democratic centralism,strengthen the implementation of the inner-party supervision system,and improve the system for selecting party members and cadres.In a word,only by strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations can we better promote the orderly development of urbanization,make contributions to the building of a harmonious society,and achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way faster.
