Study On The Participation Of Local Communist Youth League Organizations In Social Governance Under The Background Of Group Reform

The nation will prosper only when its young people thrive.The Communist Youth League is an important bridge between the Party and young people and an assistant and reserve force of the CPC.At present,with the rapid development of economy and society,profound changes have taken place in the governance mode of local society in China,such as the gradual diversification of governance objects,the increasing complexity of governance methods and the diversification of governance content.At the same time,the local Communist Youth League organizations also have some practical problems,such as the weakening of the attraction of young people,the decline of public trust and the outdated governance means.Under the background of group reform,in the face of the complex and changeable social affairs of teenagers and the higher requirements put forward by the Party Committee and government,the former ways and means of social governance of the Communist Youth League organizations can not meet the requirements of the current era.The local Communist Youth League organizations in China are carrying out a vigorous self-revolution.This paper mainly focuses on how the local Communist Youth League deeply participates in the overall situation of local social governance,how to do a good job in the "second half" of the reform,and how to rebuild organizational vitality and work brand.At the beginning,this paper introduces the background of time and space,analyses the practical significance of the current reform of mass organizations from both theoretical and practical levels,defines the core concepts of social governance and mass organizations reform and elaborates the theoretical basis for their application,and also discusses the development direction of the Communist Youth League under the background of mass organizations reform,taking the time dimension as a clue,and discusses the Communist Party in different historical periods.The focus and main direction of the Youth League's participation in social governance are to study the current situation and causes of the participation of the Communist Youth League in social governance in different places with spatial dimension as a clue.The author also takes Zhenjiang Communist Youth League as the research object,through interviews,surveys,questionnaires and other forms,analyses the relevant table data,elaborates on the current situation and types of Zhenjiang Communist Youth League's participation in social governance,focuses on the problems it faces,the causes of the background,the reform situation,and makes in-depth analysis of the existing problems,in order to infer the common problems and reasons of local Communist Youth League organizations in China.Finally,this paper also puts forward some ideas and suggestions on how to further integrate the local Communist Youth League organizations into the overall situation of the work of the Party Committee and the government,and to participate in the local social governance in depth.This paper focuses on the significance of the local Communist Youth League's participation in social governance innovation,explores the role orientation and function transformation of the Communist Youth League organization in youth affairs management,and focuses on how to improve the value orientation of the Communist Youth League in youth groups after the reform,so as to make the reform work truly effective,and the reform results are shared by the majority of youth groups.The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the problems and constraints encountered by the local Communist Youth League in participating in social governance,and put forward the methods and suggestions to promote the development of the local Communist Youth League,so as to find out the working ideas and breakthrough directions of the local Communist Youth League organizations after the reform.In the process of writing,the author hopes to promote the intersection,integration and reflection of disciplines in theory.Through the analysis of the specific cases of the Communist Youth League in Zhenjiang,the author comprehensively applies the theories and methods of politics,management,public policy research,national and social relations and other disciplines to solve the social governance problems of local Communist Youth League organizations.It is hoped that through this study,some valuable conclusions and suggestions will be put forward for the rapid development of the cause of the local Communist Youth League in China.
