Research On The Participation Of The Communist Youth League In Social Governance In Xiqing District Of Tianjin

With the rapid development of economy and society,various social problems have become increasingly prominent,and the people’s needs for effective social governance has become increasingly urgent.As an integral part of government functions,social governance has become more and more important since the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party.The grassroots,as the frontier position of social governance,in the new era,if we want to seek breakthroughs and innovations in social governance,we need to build a social governance system with the joint participation of multiple subjects with the help of multiple forces.As a group organization of advanced youth under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Youth League has a broad foundation for mass work,it plays an important role in the country’s socialist construction and also shoulders the important task of participating in grassroots social governance.Under the background of this era,if the organization’s expertise is used to innovate the work path of the Communist Youth League in social governance,to provide more effective public services for young people,and at the same time to stimulate the youth group’s initiative and enthusiasm for participating in social governance are issues that the Communist Youth League needs to consider seriously.Based on the theory of public governance and the theory of multi-center governance,this thesis analyzes and studies the basic concepts of the Communist Youth League and social governance mainly by adopting the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,taking the main content of the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance as the clue,and taking the relevant situation of the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance in Xiqing District of Tianjin as an example,this thesis analyzes the effect and role of the Communist Youth League in the process of participating in social governance,relying on the results of questionnaires and interviews,found that the Communist Youth League in the Xiqing District has problems like comprehensive ability of league cadres to participate in social governance to be improved,the work guarantee for the Communist Youth League to participate in social governance needs to be strengthened,the working methods of the Communist Youth League to meet the needs of youth need to be improved,the organizational foundation of the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance needs to be consolidated,the way the Communist Youth League participates in social governance needs to be innovated,the effectiveness of the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance needs to be improved,and analyzes the causes of the problems,on the basis of existing experience and work practice,from strengthen the training of league cadres’ comprehensive ability to participate in social governance,strengthen the party’s support for the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance,improve the service methods of the Communist Youth League to meet the actual needs of young people,strengthen the ideological and organizational foundation of the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance,innovate the way the Communist Youth League participates in social governance,improve the effectiveness of the Communist Youth League’s work with a sound system and mechanism and so on six aspects the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the Communist Youth League’s participation in social governance are expected to provide effective reference for future research on related topics.
