Study On Social Work Intervention To The Reconstruction Of Old Village In The Context Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The reconstruction of old villages is an activity aiming to reconstruct the dilapidated and disordered villages,which can improve the quality farmers' life.It is an important part of the new rural construction and helpful to implement the rural revitalization strategy.However,the government has some problems in the process of promoting the reconstruction of old villages,such as too tough attitude,over institutionalized administration and so on.The intervention of the social work in the reconstruction of old villages is conducive to solving these problems due to the advantages of values and professional methods.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research purpose,literature review and research methods of this paper.This paper mainly uses the methods of investigation,literature research,case interview method and so on to carry on the research and analysis;The second chapter mainly introduces the current situation and problems of government involvement in the old village reconstruction.So far Cangnan county government has faced many problems in the process of constructing old villages,such as insufficient investment funds,inconsistent between some evictions and demands for government interests,and unblocked coordination channels.What's more,village B in Cangan county also has some difficulties when it constructs itself.There are some illegal letters and visits.The interests of "nail households" and vulnerable groups have not been effectively guaranteed.Through the investigation,we know that the villagers are dissatisfied with the government's strong attitude and poor communication in the reconstruction.So due to the specialty of social work,it is necessary and feasible to intervene it in the reconstruction of old villages under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.The third chapter mainly discusses the necessity and feasibility of social work involved in old village reconstruction.The fourth chapter mainly describes the application of social work into solving the problems existing in the old village reconstruction of B village in Cangnan county in detail;and the professional methods of social work include social policy,case work,community work and other methods.The fifth chapter mainly summarizes and reflects on the core of research in this paper.
