Research On The Influencing Factors And Construction Countermeasures Concerning Residents' Community Identity Of "Village Change" In Chengdu

With the development of modernization and the advancement of urbanization,"the country to residence" community construction has become an important channel to promote the process of urbanization and accelerate urban-rural integration.Residents living in the "the country to residence" community are ostensibly just changing the living environment law,in fact,it is a subversive change in its social ecosystem,which brings about the change of the management form of grass-roots organizations,land ownership,household registration.These changes will cause the residents who are transformed from villagers psychologically barrier.The key factor to make them adapt to urban life quickly is the formation and strengthening the sense of community identity,the construction of the residents' community identity can enhance the community residents' sense of community consciousness,the sense of community members,the sense of belonging and the happiness of life,and then effectively promote the benign operation of the community construction and development,which is of great significance for building a harmonious community.First of all,this article through a large number of early literature analysis and the existing practice of reference.Comprehensive use of the literature research method of questionnaire survey,interview,multidisciplinary comprehensive study the community identity of "the country to residence".Then the basic concepts about community,community building,"the country to residence" community,community identity are defined.According to the demand level theory,community identity theory,the theory of social network and the research of related literatures,author puts forward the analysis frame and research hypothesis of this article.Then,through the method of sampling survey and interview,the author makes a field survey on the community of "the country to residence" in Chengdu.The obtained data through reliability and validity analysis,the results show: the government factors were positively related to the community identity of "the country to residence" residents,government factors include the implementation and satisfaction of the land requisition,the satisfaction of social security,the service factors of community residents' neighborhood committees.The community factors has a positive relationship with community identity,the community factors concerning the community's housing conditions,the conditions of community-based public facilities and the environmental sanitation conditions of the community,the community's school supporting conditions,community medical service,community cultural atmosphere,community traffic convenience and community public security status.The individual characteristics of the residents include age,identity,vocational,cultural level,monthly income,and residence year,the identity and adaptation variables of the residents have a positive correlation with the community identity.Besides,there is a positive correlation between social interaction factors and residents' sense of identity.The social interaction factors about the frequency of public space use,the participation of community activities,the situation of neighborhood communication.Finally,based on the concept of community building,this paper puts forward the countermeasures according to the influence factors to create the sense of community identity of community residents who are transformed from villagers.At the end of this article,the author makes a summary and prospect.
