| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in different speeches,party and state leaders have mentioned to serve businesses and promote non-pubilic sectors of the economy.On March 4th,2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech,pointing out that a new type of cordial and clean government-business relationship should be built.Currently the economy development in our country is transforming from high speed to high quality,and the role of government is being changed from administration to service.Economy is the lifeblood of any country or region.The harmonious relationship between government and business is of great importance to boost the economic development.As a state-level new area,settled-in enterprises are the backbone of this area for they are the taxpayers and can offer job opportunities and are contributors of public well-beings.Currently X Area has taken a series of measures to build a service-oriented government.However,the business environment of X Area doesn’t match its strategic position.The government-business relationship is not as harmonious as it is.The relationship between officials and entrepreneurs is to be further improved.The problems seriously spoil its image as a state-level new area that officials appear formalistic,less competent,and deliberately keep distance with entrepreneurs and less positive in the progress of serving enterprises.All of these problems destroy the business environment of making entrepreneurs feel secure,and even impede the economic and social development of this area.This thesis makes out the weaknesses of X Area in the regard of serving enterprises and does deep analysis and eventually offers such solutions as improving officials’ ideological awareness,professional abilities serving businesses,creating government cultural brand in business service and promoting government public service capability from the perspective of service-oriented government to enhance the government-business relationship,and thus promotes local economic and social development. |
