The Research Community Party Organization Cohesive Force In The New Era

Community Party organization is the core of Party leadership inurban communities and the essential part of primary Partyorganization. The cohesion of community Party organization is boththeoretically and practically of great significance for how to maintainand improve Party advantages, how to enhance the ruling capabilityand ruling level of the Party, and how to consolidate the rulingfoundation and ruling status of the Party in urban communities.At present, the responsibility of community Party organization isexperiencing enlargement with the rapid development of marketeconomy and down-ward movement of urban management. However,due to the impact of social transformation, there has been greatchange of interest structure and concept; and it has become a bigchallenge for community Party organization, especially for itscohesion construction facing with cultural and social diversity, aswell as floating population. It is a critical project to research oncohesion improvement for present community Party construction.Based on previous researches with consideration of Management,Politics and Sociology, this paper inquires into the status and causesof the cohesion of present community Party organization, putsforward some suggestions on how to make improvements andincludes the following two parts:The first part is Introduction, which is referring to the reasons oftopic selection, research status and the senses of this research.The next part can be divided into four chapters numberedChapter One to Four. Chapter One is the general theoretical analysis of communityParty organization cohesion, referring to the definitions of community,cohesion, community Party organization, community Partyorganization cohesion, features of community Party organizationcohesion and related factors which affect them.Chapter Two is the status analysis of the construction of presentcommunity Party organization cohesion, including the achievementsthat have been made ever since reform and opening-up andpredicaments of the construction.Chapter Three is the causes analysis of the lost of cohesion ofcommunity Party organization during the new era, referring to theprofound transformation of community, the problems lying in theleading system and working mechanism, and the qualifications andvirtues of primary leaders and common Party members.Chapter Four is the approach-option of cohesion improvement incommunity Party organization. It intends to work out a selectedapproach which is interpreted as a systemic project of ideologicaleducation, organization construction, system improvement,institutional improvements and innovation equities with the purposeof raising the cohesion of community Party organization.
