In The third industrial revolution,represented by the energy and the electronic computer,quickly occupied all aspects of human life and greatly changed people’s way of life,the development of the computer and the Internet made the society run into a high-speed track,the development of the Internet became more and more popular,the earth seemed to become smaller and Hongyanchuanshu,Post Pear has already been replaced by the Internet,Information exchange is more convenient,high speed,even if the data across the vast Pacific Ocean is only a blink of the time,the corresponding,people’s pace of life has become faster,the efficiency of all social activities,the traditional industry gradually upgrading,the emerging technology,the model came into being,adjusted the industrial structure,changed the mode of economic growth,The whole society is taking a more steady step to meet the new economic era.Because of its specific advantages,the Internet has become a key link in the country’s political,military,economic and social fields,and its innate fragility has brought great security risks to all the countries of the world.The network sovereignty is confronted with the challenges of unbalanced technological development,difficult governance of network data across borders,blurring of network boundaries and cultural infiltration endangering the security of network ideology under the reality of the gradual fading of the game between the international political bodies and the network liberalism.In recent years,the cyberspace has been paid great attention to by the Governments,with the agitation of the International society,all the parties are committed to put forward a set of effective network governance strategy,at the same time,due to the openness of cyberspace,the disorder of operation,the characteristics of internal controllability,the demand for cyberspace sovereignty is becoming more and more intense.The thought of solid liberalism is far from being able to solve the new changes of cyberspace,and under this background,Xi Jinping’s cyberspace sovereignty theory emerges.This paper focuses on the formation process of Xi Jinping’s cyberspace sovereignty theory and its specific contents,and explores the great value of its existence from the perspective of history and reality.This paper makes a deep analysis of Xi Jinping’s network space sovereignty theory,and realizes that Xi Jinping’s network space sovereignty theory is the concrete practice of Marxist theory in contemporary times,enriches and develops the theory of cyberspace sovereignty,and puts forward a set of "China Program" of cyberspace Governance to the world.is a guide to the activities of cyberspace in China,showing China’s position in cyberspace and contributing to the peaceful development of international cyberspace.
