Research On Schedule Optimization Management Of Gold Prospecting Project

Gold is the earliest mining and use of a precious metal,because of its chemical properties stable,weight and shape are not easy to change,in the natural output is relatively rare,since ancient times,it has been playing the role of currency metal.In addition,with the continuous development of society and the improvement of technology level,gold is increasingly used in the manufacture of various decorations,electrical-electronic industry and aerospace industry.The world gold resources are mainly distributed in south Africa,the United States,Russia,Canada,Australia and other countries,the gold production in our country has jumped to the fifth place in the world,but it can not meet the demand of gold.From the gold price,at present,China's gold price is 280 yuan/grams,than other non-ferrous metal minerals still occupy the price advantage.Qinghai province is a relatively backward province in economic conditions,gold exploration is particularly important,with the west development,Qinghai great development of good opportunities,Qinghai province gold exploration and salt lake mineral exploration listed as "one yellow"" one white" of the main mine.In the past development process of our country,many geological exploration units are public institutions,not facing the main body of market competition,these geological exploration units follow the management mode and management method of the planned economy in the past,the management is backward,the mode is relatively single,the level of management and the utilization of resources,the level is not very high,the benefits are not very good.This situation led to the geological exploration unit in the operation of the geological project,there are more project management problems,and the project management of a unit of management capacity and management level requirements are relatively high,at the same time,the professional technical personnel,the management of time requirements,the various stages of the project management,etc.put forward higher requirements.Based on the above situation analysis,this paper takes the a county gold survey project of Qinghai province as an example,combined with the project management theory,for the gold survey project,carried out analysis.This paper first introduces the project management theory,describes the relevant elements of the theory,then introduces the project schedule management theory,and describes the general connotation and method of the theory,followed by a detailed introduction and description of the general survey project of a county gold mine in Qinghai province,including socio-economic background of the project,geological environment characteristics of the exploration area,metallogenic conditions,project duration time and project quality standard,traffic conditions,and the local natural environment and humanistic environment.The overall decomposition analysis of the A county gold mine census project area(work breakdown structure is referred to as WBS).The WBS is the core of the project management process,making progress plan,computing resources usage,calculation cost,risk control,material purchase arrangement,etc.from the lowest level,decompose the project into work flow phase.After the decomposition,analyze the project's organization structure,analyze the project's actual operation,find out the existing problems,such as the project management,the personnel management level is backward,the project duration schedule is too long,and the distribution of the work stage is unreasonable,etc...
