A Study On The Openness Of Government Affairs Of Municipal Finance Bureau Of J City

Deepening openness of government affairs is one of the important measures taken by the Chinese government to promote the rule of law and accelerate the building of a law-based government.The openness of government affairs plays an irreplaceable role in guaranteeing the public's right to know government information.With the advent of the Internet era and the continuous emergence of new media for government affairs,the access of the public to government information is more convenient,the initiative is growing,and the requirement of transparency and openness of government information is becoming higher and higher.As an important part of the government,the financial sector plays an important role in resource allocation,income distribution and economic stability.Especially after the revision of the new Budget Law,the full disclosure of the information on the implementation of budget and final accounts has pushed the information disclosure of the financial sector to a new height.At present,most scholars mainly focus on budget disclosure in the study of government affairs in the financial sector,while the overall study of government affairs in the financial sector is not common.This paper combines the relevant elements of government affairs publicity with the specific functions of financial departments.Taking Municipal Finance Bureau of J city as an example,through literature review,field research,comprehensive analysis and other methods,starting from the development process and current situation of government affairs publicity of the Municipal Finance Bureau,the paper summarizes the current government affairs of the Municipal Finance Bureau by synthesizing the results of the questionnaire and the comments of the Third Party Evaluation Report 2018 of the Municipal Finance Bureau of J city.The problems existing in the open work and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Making full use of the relevant theory of government affairs openness,combining with the actual work,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the work of government affairs openness of Jilin Municipal Finance Bureau.It is hoped that through the study on the issue of government affairs openness of municipal financial departments can provide valuable reference for the financial departments to improve the level of government affairs openness and create sunshine finance.
