Research On Lao Civil Service Examination System Based On The Comparison Between China And Laos

Civil servants are important state machines for national economy and development,and they serve the people wholeheartedly.The national civil service examination system is an important way to grasp the " entrance" for the construction of the civil service team.The perfection of the civil service examination system is favored in any country because the organization of civil servants is an important foundation for the development of the country and an important cornerstone for the development and construction of the country.it has a strong civil service team and is a strong guarantee for the country to occupy a strong position in the world economy and politics.Obviously,the perfection and development of the civil service examination system is the key.At present,all countries in the world are still continuously improving the examination system for civil servants and are eager to carry out reforms and innovations.However,the Lao civil service examination system still has its shortcomings.it is particularly important to pay attention to the positive reference to the experiences of other countries and to speed up the construction of the civil service examination system,especially to China.both countries are socialist one-party countries,and their political and economic development have similarities,which can avoid the shortcomings of detours and energy consumption in the construction of the civil service examination system.Facing the practical problems such as the imperfect legal system and the low level of information of the Lao civil service examination system,it needs to be perfected and improved in more detail.As a Lao study student,the Laos and Chinese civil servant examination system are systematically compared in various aspects.Based on the recruitment theory and test theory,this paper examines the civil service examination system from the four aspects of examination content,examination method,examination process and examination supervision.Compare and find out the inadequacy of the civil service examination system in Laos,and put forward the policy recommendations for improving the Lao civil service examination system in the four aspects of examination content,examination method,examination process and examination supervision.
