| After years of reform and development,China’s civil service examination recruitment system has matured.There are not only adherence to the unchanged scientific principles,but also stable and systematic management institutions.There are scientific and detailed provisions on the procedures,specific contents and methods of civil service recruitment examination.This is not only due to the improvement of the legal system,but also to the wide participation of the society.China and Laos have many similarities in history,culture and political system,but the development of Laos is far behind China.Taking the civil service examination and employment system as an example,the study finds that the civil service examination and employment system in Laos starts late,progresses slowly,the policy system is not perfect,and there are still a lot of immature,imperfect and imperfect in the establishment of examination institutions,the release of information,the examination content,the examination methods and the provisions on the qualification conditions for examination.Science.The reasons are related not only to the process of building a modern country in Laos,but also to the management concepts of Lao government officials and the ideas of the public,as well as the application of information technology such as the Internet in Laos.In order to improve the civil service examination and employment system in Laos,we should first renew our concepts,establish a democratic and legal view,a fair and efficient view,and a competitive view.Secondly,we need to improve the relevant laws and regulations system,not only to improve civil servants’ special laws and regulations,but also to improve the corresponding supporting policies.In addition,it is necessary to improve the civil service examination and employment mechanism,including the reasonable setting of examination conditions,the establishment of graded and classified examination mechanism,the optimization of examination content and examination methods.Finally,it is necessary to encourage supervision,to supervise each other within the government,to encourage social supervision,to open up the corresponding supervision channels,and to establish an incentive mechanism for supervision. |
