Until now, many volunteer organizations are germinated at the historic moment.The development of volunteer organization is the foundation of promoting the development of the urban civilization, and is also the power of promoting a harmonious society. This essay chose Suzhou Little Red Cap Volunteers Association as the object. By analyzing the current situation of development of volunteer organization, the essay assumes that if social work participation could promote its development.
