residents.Community construction is the foundation and guarantee of urbanization construction and an important part of it.Building a harmonious community is the common pursuit of social development and the people.As the most basic component of the community,community residents have an irreplaceable important position in both community construction and community governance.Resident autonomy is an important guarantee to promote community development,meet community needs and solve community problems.Community residents'autonomy is also a vital part of modern community construction,and has received more and more attention.And research.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,the importance and attention of community governance system were emphasized again,new development directions and guidance were put forward,and the importance of community grass-roots governance was emphasized.The direction of governance should be gradually pushed downward,the strength of organizations should be effectively linked,and the coordination and linkage among government,society,community and residents'autonomy should be formed.It can be seen that the Party and the government pay more and more attention to the construction of community governance system,emphasize the importance of residents'autonomy in community governance,and pay more and more attention to the important role of grass-roots democracy in community construction.With the continuous improvement of the quality of life and self-quality of community residents,residents'awareness of participating in community management and community construction is also increasing.More and more community residents want to join the process of community affairs management and construction,and want to contribute their own strength to the development of the community.At present,China's community construction is also constantly improving and innovating,and gradually realize the importance of residents'autonomy District of Hefei City as the research object,takes the perspective of social workers as the breakthrough point,investig ates and analyses the current status of residents'autonomy in the lakeside century community,and combines professional concepts to put forward some countermeasures and methods for the problems found.This paper is mainly composed of four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the purpose and significance of the study,the literature review and the research ideas and methods.This chapter is mainly the guide part of the paper.The second chapter is the general situation of the community in the lakeside century and the present situation of the residents'autonomy.The first part systematically elaborates the general situation of the community in the lakeside century.The second part introduces the current situation of the community residents' autonomy in the lakeside century by elaborating the operation mode of the community residents'Committee in the lakeside century,the social organizations in the community a nd the Micro-public welfare venture capital projects of the residents' autonomy.The third part is the experience and practice of community social work participation in residents'autonomy in Binhu Century.It elaborates some experiences and practices adopted by Binhu Century community to promote residents' autonomy.The third chapter is mainly based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of community residents'autonomy in the Binhu century and the experience and practice of social work participating in community residents' autonomy.It analyses some problems existing in the community residents'autonomy in the Binhu century and the main causes of these problems.The fourth chapter of this paper is about the countermeasures and suggestions of social work participation in residents'autonomy.This chapter is aimed at the problems of community residents'autonomy in the lakeside century in Chapter 3 above.From the perspective of social workers,it puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the development of community residents'autonomy in the lakeside century,and reflects
