Study On The Functional Changes Of The Rural Grass-root Party Organization Since The Reform And Opening-up

Since the reform and opening up,the Party and the government have constantly emphasized the strengthening of party building work in rural areas,strengthening the building of the ability to govern,and giving play to the role of grassroots party organizations fighting bastions.Under such a policy background,the construction of rural grassroots party organizations has become increasingly weak and the grassroots party organizations have become inadequacies and weakening of functions are highlighted.This paper selecting Zhoucun,a subordinate of Pingdu City,Shandong Province,as the object of investigation,discusses the trend of function changes of the rural grassroots party organizations presented during the historical development stage by analyzing the adjustment of Zhoucun grass-roots party organizations in the face of the country's macroeconomic policies and changes in the social environment at the grassroots since the reform and opening up.In the face of problems such as weakened power,lack of responsibility,lack of functions,and weak awareness of party members in the process of functioning rural basic party organizations,we need to reorient the roles and functions of grassroots party organizations and strengthen the cultivation of party members and cadres.We must ensure that rural grass-roots party organizations play their due role in promoting the modernization of national governance.To better play the functions of rural grass-roots party organizations,the rural grass-roots party should be reasonably positioned to achieve new life through its own reforms,and strengthen the grass-roots party organizations in rural areas to take the initiative and dominance in rural areas by constantly playing a role in social and public services.
