The Research On The Fujian Youth League Organization's Undertaking Of Government's Purchasing Of Public Service

Government's purchasing of public service is the product of the age,and as a new measure of public service,it is applied to several aspects,such as education,health service,medical service,employment,psychology,etc.It has been only about 20 years since our nation's government began purchasing of public service,and the implementation of the policy is still in the phase of researching and exploring,while the government of Fujian began to purchase public service in the recent years.And according to our investigation,it is rare that the cases of government's purchasing of public service are learned in the angle of Fujian Youth League's undertaking of program.This article focuses on Fujian Youth League,a social organization under the leadership of the party,starts with its undertaking of Fujian provincial government's purchasing of public service and youth service,and point out the leading role it plays in the youth service,as well as its political,organizational and social advantages,emphatically explains the actual practice of Fujian Youth Service Hotline(12355)in the process of providing with youth service,makes questionnaire survey with the service objects,analyses the existing problems and their reasons of the Fujian Youth Service Hotline(12355).Besides,the article also introduces good experience and practice of other provinces and cities,submits several effective countermeasures and suggestions to the existing problems of Fujian Youth Service Hotline(12355).
