Research On Bilateral Party Between Laos And Vietnam

The Lao people's democratic republic and the socialist republic of Vietnam are"good neighbors" separated by a strip of water.Laos and Vietnam have maintained friendly and mutual-aid relations both in the ruling parties of the two countries and in the daily exchanges between the two peoples.It has been half a century since the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries in 1962.The harmonious and mutual-aid development of Laos and Vietnam will not only promote regional stability,but also bring the two countries together.This paper is divided into six parts,the main body of which has four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It puts forward the international background of the relations between the two countries and the two parties at that time.The second chapter is the historical development of the inter-party relations between Laos and Vietnam,which is the main content of this paper.The cooperation between the Lao people's revolutionary party and the communist party of Vietnam at different time points is introduced in detail.The third chapter is the evaluation of the development of inter-party relations between Laos and Vietnam.It expounds the achievements and functions of the cooperation between the two parties,and studies its characteristics and existing problems.Strengthen the thinking of the ruling party of Lao yue,and put forward how to strengthen the cooperation between the two parties through some theories and practices.The last conclusion is a brief summary of this paper.The traditional friendship,special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam will not be changed because of Laos'strategy of diversifying diplomatic relations.China's strong national strength and economic aid and investment are incomparable with Vietnam.Laos,as a landlocked country,wants to change from a landlocked country to a landlocked country.Chinese investment is indispensable,while Vietnam is powerless.Laos,with its poor economy and poor infrastructure,has to accept a lot of investment from China to promote its development and get off the list of least developed countries as soon as possible.Thus,compared with the closeness between Laos and China during the revolutionary period and the early days of the republic of Vietnam,Laos' relations with China will develop further.On the face of it,the relations between Laos and China will be more friendly than those between Laos and Vietnam.With the gradual development of Laos' economy,the gradual passing of the older generation of leaders of the revolutionary party and the ascendance of the younger generation of leaders,Vietnam's previous active position in laos-vietnam relations will change.The new generation of Lao leaders will have a more intelligent diplomatic strategy,Laos will gradually become more proactive in regional and international relations as its economic development and international status continue to change.Relations between Laos and Vietnam will also move to a new level of regional equality rather than mentorship.
