Research On Wenzhou Government's WeChat Service Based On Service-oriented Government Construction

In recent years,government WeChat has developed rapidly,and its service functions and types are becoming more and more diversified.This has played a positive role in improving the efficiency and quality of government publicity,government affairs publicity,mass work and other aspects of work.At present,there is little research on the service of government WeChat.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the various service functions and contents of government WeChat and the basic requirements of service-oriented government in government WeChat to promote the construction of service-oriented government and promote the development of government WeChat.This paper investigates and analyzes the Wenzhou government WeChat service from the perspective of service-oriented government construction.By investigating and categorizing the service function,service content and service characteristics of Wenzhou government WeChat,the questionnaire mainly investigates the users'demand for government WeChat service,and uses KANO model to analyze the survey data.The results show that in terms of service function,Wenzhou government WeChat users have a period of "online administrative approval function".The expectation is very high,but it is not sensitive to the requirements of "commonly used software functions".In terms of service content,Wenzhou government WeChat users have high expectations for the service content of "online examination and approval of this function" and "one-stop online processing".In the aspect of government WeChat service features,users are more interested in "easy to operate online" and "content stable and reliable" service features.Among them,"stable and reliable content" is the basic demand,we should pay attention to avoid missing.This paper puts forward three suggestions for the improvement of Wenzhou government WeChat service:first is to optimize the service function.Enhance the expected demand function,remove the reverse demand function,and accurately serve the needs of users.Second is to deepen the service content.Expand and and upgrade the content of this function,co-ordinate the construction of multi-level government WeChat,share data to the "one-stop service" development.Third is to optimize the service characteristics.Ensure basic demand characteristics,improve excitatory demand characteristics,and enhance service interaction.
