The entry and exit inspection is a major mission to safeguard national security.In the face of a large number of outbound,inbound,and articles,how to carry out the inspection effectively,ensure the maximum throughput of the national transport requirements,and more important is to maintain national sovereignty,security and social order.The higher the job satisfaction of the frontier inspection officers,the lower the turnover intention,the higher the job stability.Through the study of the job satisfaction of border police officers,and the corresponding measures to improve the job satisfaction,it can better promote the work enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the border police officers,encourage the border inspection officers to do their duty conscientious and continuously raise their business skills,in order to ensure the entry and exit of our country.To make due contribution to the security of the border.In this study,202 police officers in three border stations in Nanchang,Hangzhou and Beijing are taken as research objects.Through the analysis and arrangement of the theory and research of job satisfaction and turnover intention,this paper makes a theoretical model of this research,and further studies the job satisfaction and turnover of border police officers through the theoretical model.A direct relationship.The questionnaire was issued by 202 police officers at three frontier stations,and the SPSS software was used to analyze the collected questionnaires.First,the descriptive statistics were used to analyze the basic situation of the police officers in China.In order to further confirm the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention,the correlation and regression analysis method was used to test the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention.Through the study,we find that:(1)the job satisfaction of the border police officers in China is low and the turnover tendency is strong;(2)gender and age have a significant impact on the job satisfaction and turnover intention of the border police officers in China,and the degree of education,work age and post have no significant influence on the degree of job satisfaction and turnover intention.3)there is a correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention.According to the result of the author's questionnaire analysis,in order to improve the job satisfaction of the police personnel in China,we should take the following measures:(1)improve the work design method;(2)carry out the career management of the border police officers;(3)improve the economic compensation system;(4)improve the transportation convenience;(5)establishment of the system.Good upper and lower levels of interaction.
