In recent years, with the development of society and economy psychology health has captured society’s concern. Prison police is a special but important kinds of police officer, they work in a closed environment, their work boring and have many complex details, result in the psychological stress borne by prison police much higher than others. This research will introduce the concept of political skill to prison police measure and develop political skill of prison police, to increase the political skill of prison police to ease the job burnout and reduce turnover intention. Political skill is an individual in the workplace in insight into an organization change situation, understanding others, on the basis of understanding to action in order to effectively influence others through a certain way, so as to achieve personal or organizational goals.Is considered to be one of the essential elements for success to an individual in the organization.In workplace, higher political skill help people to improve their ability to solve problems and effectively cope with the pressure, so as to reduce job burnout and turnover intention, thus improve the individual’s physical and mental health to promote healthy and harmonious development of the organization.This research selected four Prisons of Henan Province’s Prison Policemen as subjects, use the way of questionnaire survey investigate the relationship of political skill, job burnout,turnover intention of Prison Policeman,has carried on the investigation and study, and discusses the organization of the prison policeman’s political skill, the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention, and get the following conclusions:First: “Political skill Questionnaire” has been tested by prison police has good reliability and validity;Second: The prison police’s political skill, job burnout and turnover intention in some difference in demographic vairables;Third: The prison police’s political skill and job burnout has negatively correlated; The prison police’s political skill related to turnover intention was not significant; Prison policeman’s job burnout and turnover intention have positive correlation.Fourth: The prison police’s political skill has significant negative regulation to the relationship of the job burnout and turnover intention.
