Analysis On The Optimization Of The Supply Path Of The "Community Care In The Community" From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

As China's population ages and aging,the issue of old-age care has become the focus of social attention.In the face of the weakening of the traditional family pension model and the rigid system of large-scale old-age care institutions,Chinese scholars have begun to turn their vision to the more mature community care and care service model in western developed countries.After learning and learning,they have formed a community with Chinese characteristics.Take care of the development model of old-age services.The "care in the community" old-age service is a specific implementation strategy under the model of community care and old-age care.It has more specific and humanized service characteristics.Therefore,this service strategy is more suitable for the development of China's pension undertakings,and provides a feasible and specific service idea for the future of the aged.However,during the internship process,the author participated in a large number of service activities and surveys of the needs of the elderly in the community,and found that the "care in the community" pension service model still has a great development dilemma.Therefore,based on the perspective of supply and demand,this paper uses qualitative research methods to observe the field participation of the X community home care service center in Wuhan,and deeply contacts first-line workers and community seniors,focusing on the home-based pension under the"community care" implementation strategy.The service center's service supply meets the needs of the community's elderly people,and on this basis,it explores the possible factors that affect the supply and demand fit,thus proposing a more feasible,more humane,and more economic and social benefit of "community care in the community"."The aged care service supply optimization path.By analyzing the supply and demand,the author finds that the two are in an unbalanced state,mainly in the following aspects:First,the number of infrastructure construction is small,and the supporting facilities are not perfect to meet the gradual increase of hardware service demand of the elderly;Second,the simplification and repetitiveness of service projects are difficult to effectively meet the diversified needs of the elderly;Third,the professional competence and service awareness of staff cannot meet the needs of high-quality services for the elderly;Fourth,project planning has not been assessed.Seriously out of the actual needs of the elderly.Through the collation and analysis of relevant data,the main reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand are as follows:First,service facilities and social foundation are weak,and old-age services are difficult to carry out;second,lack of professional talents,lack of service awareness;Third,supply and demand The two sides lack communication and the supply and demand are out of touch.It is precisely because of the combined effects of the above factors that the development of supply services and the needs of the elderly in the community are unbalanced.In view of the lack of service capacity of supply entities and the inefficiency of supply,this paper focuses on the supply side,further breaks through service barriers,creates new supply,and improves service efficiency.The service optimization path is mainly proposed from the following aspects:First,strengthen Social workers promote the guidance of home-based care services and enhance the basis of service supply.Second,optimize the construction of talent teams and build a professional service system.Third,strengthen the interaction and exchange between social workers and community seniors,and provide diversified aged care services.Home-based care services;Fourth,maintain the independence of social work,strengthen professional needs investigation and evaluation,and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of project planning.
