Research On Community Home-Based Elderly Care Service In Zhongyuan District Of Zhengzhou City From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

The old-age problem has become one of the important social and livelihood problems facing our country.With the rapid development of urbanization and the deepening of aging,the contradiction between supply and demand of community home pension service is becoming more and more prominent.The research idea of this paper is to analyze the supply contradiction in the development process of community home old-age service in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City by combining field interview with questionnaire survey,and to find out the reason of contradiction and the restriction factor of development.In the research method,this paper adopts the literature research method,the interview method,the questionnaire survey method.The author systematically consulted the relevant policy documents of the governments at all levels on the community home old-age service,combed the relevant documents of the community home old-age service at home and abroad;visited 10 representative and evenly distributed community day care service centers in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City,interviewed the elderly and staff in the relevant communities,focused on the observation and inquiry of the community day care service centers,and conducted interviews with the elderly themselves;and distributed 400 questionnaires on community home old-age care in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City in 10 communities of Zhongyuan District,Zhengzhou City.The first is to analyze the current situation and problems of community home pension service in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City,and to analyze the contradiction between supply and demand of community home pension service in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City based on the demand of community elderly.The innovation of this paper is to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of community home pension service based on the actual situation in Zhongyuan district.One is to clarify the role of the government and improve its functions.The second is to broaden the development path,cooperate in various ways,encourage social capital investment,and actively promote the integration and development of home,community and institutions;third,improve rules and regulations,strengthen standardization construction,make home pension service industry standardized and sustainable;fourth,do a good job of basic information collection,promote information construction,promote information construction.The implementation of community home old-age service is a good governance behavior related to the fundamental interests of the people in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City,especially the elderly group,and it will take a long time to effectively promote and fully improve it.
