As we all know, the Korean Peninsula in Northeast Asia has long been a strategic place for major powers to compete for it's dominion because of its important geostrategic position. It will be one of the main hot spots in the world both now and in the future. From the height of geostrategic point of view, the Korean Peninsula is the core region of Northeast Asia,so the Korean Peninsula issue is also the key factor to solve the security problems in Northeast Asia.China, also located in the core region of Northeast Asia,is across the river from the Korean Peninsula, and the development and changes of the relationship between China and the Korean Peninsula have a far-reaching impact on the security setup of Northeast Asia.In other words, the security setup in Northeast Asia has an important impact on the development of China-DPRK Relations;and the trend of China-DPRK Relations are also of great significance to the security setup in Northeast Asia.Since the global financial crisis in 2008,China's comprehensive national strength has been significantly enhanced. At the same time, the security competition and differences between China and the Northeast Asian countries have been further obvious.More importantly, with the implementation of the U.S.strategy of "return to the Asia-Pacific",the competition between China and the United States on security issues and regional order in Northeast Asia has also tended to intensify. As one of the important factors affecting the security of Northeast Asia, the relationship between Chinese and Korean not only has an important impact on China's own security development, but also has a profound significance to the security pattern of Northeast Asia and the peace and development of the world. As far as China-DPRK Relations are concerned, the Peninsula issue has two aspects of importance: first, the significance of international relations on the stage of the Korean Peninsula;second, the importance of bilateral relations with the Korean Peninsula as a neighboring region. Therefore,China's policy towards the Korean Peninsula reflects not only the relations between the great powers around the Korean Peninsula, but also the bilateral relations with the DPRK and the ROK.It contains the relations of great powers around the peninsula issue,at present,it is mainly the relations between China and the United States and it also contains the attributes of Peripheral Diplomacy of the relations between China and South Korea and the relations between China andDPRK.Therefore,China should consider the Korean Peninsula issue not only bilaterally but also regionally. In the course of the development of China-DPRK relations, the existing regional security order in Northeast Asia has a significant restriction and influence on the policy choices and implementation effects of China and DPRK.DPRK and US-ROK Military Alliance strengthen "Deterrence" to each other by utilizing the nuclear deterrent power against the United States and strengthening the strategic strike capability against North Korea, respectively,as a result, both sides are increasingly caught in a "security dilemma".The struggle between DPRK and the United States on the nuclear issue is the main contradiction and key variable affecting the security dilemma of the peninsula.Meanwhile, the policy changes of Russia,Japan,South Korea and other countries in Northeast Asia to DPRK have also intensified the uncertainty of the Korean Peninsula issue. The security order of the Korean Peninsula and even Northeast Asia is entering a period of profound adjustment and transformation. The new concept of Asian security put forward by China has strong pertinence and practical significance for getting rid of the "security dilemma" on the Korean Peninsula and even in Northeast Asia.Implementing "Double suspension" and carrying out ""Two-track negotiations",achieving denuclearization of the Peninsula and common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security of all parties through law and order, which is a real and feasible choice and an important way to promote long-term stability of the peninsula.Whether the previous “tripartite dialogue”,the “six-party dialogue” or the recent " Xijinping and Kim Jong-un's meeting ","Wen Renaissance and Kim Jong-un's Meeting" and " Kim Jong-un and Trump's Meeting",all provide a good reference for the settlement of the Peninsula issue and even the security problem in Northeast Asia. This also indicates that the Northeast Asia region may form a mechanism of regional mutual trust and communication, through the establishment of regional communication platform, through equal consultation, peaceful cooperation and other means to jointly resolve regional disputes. In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was pointed out that we should adhere to the road of peaceful development and promote the construction of a community of human destiny. From the bilateral fate community of countries to the regional fate community, and then to the human fate community.,full of mankind's vision and expectations forthe future world, more and more countries are willing to work together to build a better world.Countries in Northeast Asia are also willing to respond positively to China's call and strive for a community of human destiny in Northeast Asia, which is of far-reaching significance to regional and world peace and stability.Based on the evolution of Sino-DPRK security relations, this aritcal combs the current situation of Sino-DPRK relations, analyzes the changes of the main actors in different historical periods of places and their impacts on the regional security pattern, and then elaborates the mutual structural relationship between the security pattern in Northeast Asia and China and Korea.
