Research On The Demands And Realization Mechanisms Of Intelligent Old-age Services

As China's aging population grows deeper year after year,the problem of old-age care has become increasingly severe.According to statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics,as of the end of 2017,the population of mainland China aged 60 years and over exceeds 240 million,accounting for 17.3%of the total population;and 158 million people aged 65 and above account for 11.4%of the total population.The large elderly population,disability,mental deprivation,and the chronically ill elderly population grow rapidly,making the pension system even more vulnerable.The traditional old-age care services have been unable to meet the growing need for old-age care.It is necessary to provide elderly people with more comfortable and convenient old-age care services,use modern intelligent technologies to upgrade the pension industry,and realize the intelligentization of old-age care services.In addition to the pressing need for old-age care,the intelligentization of old-age care services is also in line with the requirements of national development planning.At the first session of the 13th National People's Congress,Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in the government work report that it is necessary to develop new and powerful new industrial clusters,implement big data development actions,and strengthen the development and application of new generation artificial intelligence in medical care,pension,and education.Promote "Internet +",in many areas such as culture,sports and sports.Develop smart industries and expand smart life.Use new technologies,new formats,and new models to vigorously transform and upgrade traditional industries.For the long-term development of intelligent old-age services,the urgent need to alleviate the shortage of traditional old-age services,the chaos of the smart old-age care market,the need for intelligent old-age care services,and the profound analysis of its existing problems,and finally the establishment of an old-age care service based on top-level design.The intelligent mechanism is the only way to realize the scientific development of intelligent old-age care services in China.Through extensive review of domestic and foreign literature,we understand the application of smart technology in the provision of services for the aged and the requirements for intelligent services for the elderly,and summarize the advantages of smart services for the elderly.The study starts with the needs of intelligent services for the elderly,focuses on the needs of the elderly,and combines the needs of the society,the needs of the pension market,and the needs of the government to clarify the direction of the intelligent development of China's aged care services.Then,in-depth analysis of the characteristics and limitations of China's elderly care service intelligence products,found that China's old-age care services are faced with multiple difficulties,such as the shortage of professionals,technical constraints,contradictions with the needs of the elderly,unbalanced industrial development,and weak policy support.On this basis,it explores the realization mechanism of China's intelligent old-age services,through the analysis of the ways in which the cooperation mechanism,financing mechanism,technological innovation mechanism,personnel training mechanism,and security mechanism are operating in the intelligentization of endowment services,establish diversified implementation entities including government,enterprises,technical operations,and medical services;builds large-scale financing platforms;intensifies related technology research;development and strengthens professional talents Build and improve relevant system guarantees to solve the current difficulties,standardize China's smart pension service industry,and improve the social pension service system.Make intelligent elderly care services a real convenience for the people,and be a kind of weapon to ease the problem of old-age care.
