Future Considerations:Research On Spiritual Poverty Alleviation In Rural Anti-Poverty In China

Since the reform and opening up,China has made historic progress in the field of poverty alleviation and development,and has won unanimous recognition at home and abroad.With the advancement of the anti-poverty strategy,the infrastructure and public services in rural areas have been greatly improved.By the end of 2018,the incidence of poverty in China has dropped to 1.7%.The poverty problem in rural areas has been basically solved and greatly Eliminate surviving poverty and build a well-off society in 2020.With the arrival of the poverty-stricken and sprinting phase,the poverty alleviation practice began to focus on the quality of poverty alleviation,and strived to improve the endogenous motivation of poor households and promote higher quality stability and poverty alleviation with greater determination.The survey found that while making great achievements in the field of material poverty alleviation,spiritual poverty has become a stumbling block in the process of poverty alleviation,posing new challenges to poverty alleviation,and also proposed new fields for academic research.This study explores the problems in the current spiritual poverty alleviation field and proposes an operational technical solution path for it.Based on the background of the 19th National Congress and the No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2019,this paper takes the current poverty-stricken environment as the reality and combines the latest development of poverty theory as a theoretical guide to sort out the historical experience and lessons of poverty alleviation and development in China since the reform and opening up.Theoretical discussion on the mental poverty of poor households.On the basis of this,we use literature analysis,case studies,field research and other methods to understand the specific patterns of rural mental poverty in China,namely,negative attitudes towards life,limited awareness of small farmers,backward values,psychological inferiority and autism,and poor environmental conditions.On the one hand,the problem of lazy poverty " and smart poverty "has led to the phenomenon of returning to poverty.In order to solve the fundamental problems of poverty alleviation in rural areas,spiritual poverty alleviation has become the best choice.To this end,we must adopt measures such as " environmental guidance,cultural edification,education and training,technical guidance,and psychological counseling" to stimulate and cultivate the endogenous elements of poor households,enhance the spiritual motivation of self-poverty,and stimulate the endogenous motivation of poor households.The development thinking of the people as the main body realizes the real sense of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
