Research On Financial Management Reform Of Higher Vocational Schools Based On The Perspective Of New Public Management

New public management requires the public sector to change its original thinking and position the reform of public sector management from the level of “enterprise government”.From the perspective of new public management,this paper takes the vocational college of higher vocational school as an example to conduct an in-depth study on the current situation of financial management of J higher vocational college,and analyzes in detail the problems in the financial management process of J higher vocational college:The purpose of management is not clear,there is no strategic planning service for school development;the Internal control system is not perfect,lack of risk management;extensive management,budget performance management not implemented.And proposed targeted improvement measures based on new public management: First,change the idea of the school's senior management,strengthen the awareness of financial management;Second,improve the school financial management system;Third,full implementation of budget performance management;Fourth,strengthen internal control and risk management;The last,improve the professional competence of financial personnel.
