Research On The Construction And Innovation Of "Village To Residence" Community Under The Background Of Integration Of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone

Since the reform and opening up,along with the rapid development of the economy,China’s rural urbanization rate has also been greatly improved.Urbanization has been rapidly advanced,and the face of the community has undergone earth-shaking changes.There have been many “village change” communities in China.Such communities have broken the traditional Chinese social model,and the connections between people,internal problems,needs and resource allocations are also very different from the past.As a frontier city for reform and opening up,Shenzhen has also taken the lead in promoting the work of “village change”.This paper discusses the characteristics of the work of “village change” in Shenzhen Special Zone through empirical and comparative research methods,and takes the construction of “village change” in Nankeng community as a research case.The article mainly studies the problems in the process of “village change” caused by the imperfect development of community management,community services and community collective assets.Among them,in the aspect of community management,there are problems such as the vague relationship between the subjects of community governance and the low quality of community management personnel.The problem of low level of community service and low level of operation of community-joint cooperative enterprises is highlighted.The article puts forward the following eight suggestions for the above problems: First,construct the interactive relationship of the subject of community governance,coordinate the interests of the main interests;Second,give play to the advantages of collective assets and improve the service level;Third,promote the “de-administration” of community work;Fourth,strengthen the construction of community organizations.Fifth,consolidate the guarantee of the public service in the community.Sixth,broken the gap between the urban and rural area and then set up a democratic,open and modern community govern system.Seventh,push the share cooperative company change to the contemporary company.Eighth,strengthen the guaranteed work of the effective govern to the “village change” community.The research of the article has a promoting effect on the construction of “village change” and has certain guiding significance for the construction of “village change” in rural areas.
