Empirical Study On The Support Of Non-profit Organizations For Youth Entrepreneurship

In recent years,the momentum of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is still rising.More and more young people are committed to the wave of entrepreneurship and innovation.At the same time,along with the increasing public demand for public services,more and more non-profit organizations providing professional services have emerged,such as youth entrepreneurship associations,which were born to provide youth entrepreneurship services.However,few entrepreneurs are really familiar with these institutions,especially the young entrepreneurs who can make full use of these institutions in the process of entrepreneurship.Countless successful entrepreneurship experience tells us that if we can get the guidance of successful people,utilize preferential policies,and know where all kinds of resources are,we can reduce the risk of entrepreneurship,improve the possibility of success,and make the road of entrepreneurship more smooth.Therefore,understanding the reality of such non-profit organizations,finding out the main factors that restrict their development,and giving full play to their practical role in supporting youth entrepreneurship are of great practical significance for supporting youth entrepreneurship and innovation in China in the future.Based on the analysis and summary of the literature and research results at home and abroad,this paper takes the young entrepreneurs in Beihai City as the research object,adopts the methods of in-depth interviews and questionnaires,and finds out the problems in the process of supporting the young people in Beihai Youth Entrepreneurship Association.It is difficult to support and strive for entrepreneurial funds.There is no unified platform for policy information publication,and the effectiveness of training,publicity and exchange visits.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the root causes of the problems,the paper finally proposes countermeasures and methods to promote the development of the Youth Trading Associationputs such as multi-party cooperation to solve the problem of "entrepreneurship support fund",strengthen the function of policy information service,deeply dig the utility value of core work modules,build an excellent team of mentors,break the bottleneck of"shortage of hands".I hope this article can provide some references to break the development dilemma for the non-profit organizations that make unremitting efforts in the field of youth entrepreneurship and innovation services.
