Research On The Imorovement Of Local Government From The Persepective Of We Media

As the network technology and network application get more popularized and developed,we media has become an important way for the public to express their own interests and demands.Under the we media environment,the image,activities and behavior of the government are exposed to the public to the maximum.Everyone is able to use the we media platforms to explain their understanding and views in terms of the government's ruling behavior.But the spontaneity and decentralization nature of we media give all an identity of "journalist".It is quite sure that we media has a profound and lasting impact on the credibility of the government.But at the same time we cannot deny the fact that it is a double-edged sword.It provides a new way for us to evolve in network anti-corruption,government affairs publication,and people's political participation.But its inner characteristics are able to disorder the message and create false information flow,which tend to cause the network public opinion crisis and extremely magnify the small mistakes of government departments.The credibility of the government is a key indicator which is able to indicate the level of public trust and satisfaction level with the public administrative department.It is of great significance in strengthening administrative management and giving legitimacy to the administration.It is proposed in 19 th National People's Congress Report that the functions of the executive branch shall be constantly changed;government agencies,be streamlined;powers,be effectively delegated.The regulatory methods shall be updated continuously.The executive power of the public sector shall be enhanced and the credibility of the government shall be continuously strengthened as well.There is a "poor order of trust" in terms of the credibility of the government.The more grassroots the government is,the lower the level of public trust will be.How to,under the guidance of the 19 th National Congress Report in practice,help local governments to improve the level of credibility and enhance the public's sense of recognition on the government? How to answer these questions is the starting point of the paper.Based on this,by means of the literature research method and case analysis method,the paper refers to the theories such as responsible government theory and social contract theory and other related theories,analyzes middle student's falling off buildings in Taifu middle school in Lu County and discusses how the credibility problems come into being and its causes haunting the local government under the environment of we media.The research shows that the credibility of local government has achieved fruitful results in the we media era,including guarantee the right of mass supervision through the network anti-corruption,make the relationship between the government and the people closer through the new government platforms,and to promote social democracy through the network public opinion.But there are also many problems and they are mainly in the following aspects: First,the we media expansion effect led to the public opinion crisis;second,information disclosure is forced to lag behind;third,the public sentiment can not be replied timely and effectively.The idea is the forerunner of behavior.Many local governments are not completely free of the shackles of backward governance concept,and they enjoy an imperfect information disclosure and response system,the ability to deal with the public relations is insufficient,fail to standardize the we media,etc.All of which are the main reasons for the above problems.Based on this,local governments must explore ways to promote their credibility.First,local governments should follow the trend of the times,update their own ruling ideas,and constantly deepen the concepts of good governance and service.Second,we must improve the information disclosure system and the government response mechanism based on online public opinion,and make full use of the we media platform to build a transparent government.Third,improve the awareness and ability of local administrative officials to use the media to better cope with the crisis of online public relations.Finally,we must give play to the authoritative role of the government,guide the improvement of the we media industry laws and regulations,and encourage the public to strengthen the we media use literacy and participate in the online political life rationally.
