Research On The Improvement Of Grassroots Socia Governance Ablitity Of The Particapation Of The Chinese Youth League Under The New Situation

The Communist Youth League(CYL)is a "group organization" in the discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also a vital force in grass-roots social governance.In recent years,with the rapid economic and social changes in China,the demands of youth groups are gradually divided,and the CYL organizations are also facing the problems of "organisation,administration,aristocracy and entertainment".Under the new situation of deepening the reform in an all-round way,how to maintain and enhance the political,advanced and mass nature,further enhance the ability to participate in grass-roots social governance,and build a youth affairs governance system under the leadership of the CYL,with the participation of all youth-related forces and the sharing of all youth is one of the focuses of the reform of the CYL.Based on the sociological perspective,this paper mainly adopts qualitative research methods to study the practical process of grass-roots organizations of the CYL represented by the X District Committee participating in social governance,which helps deepen the understanding of the regularity of the organization and youth work of the CYL,and provides a reference for solving the long-standing bottleneck problems of grass-roots organizations of the CYL.This paper holds that the CYL has played the role of political cohesion,public service and coordination hub in participating in grass-roots social governance.However,due to the lack of clear top-level design,inconsistent governance powers and responsibilities,and obsolete traditional mobilization Imodel,the social function of the CYL has been limited.Therefore,the CYL of Zone X should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,learn from and absorb the successful experience of other local league organizations in China on the basis of fully understanding the actual difficulties and needs of the youth in the area under its jurisdiction,and constantly strengthen its ideological leadership ability and continuously improve its service management from the four main bodies of League members,League cadres,League branches and grass-roots League committees.We will continue to deepen the reform of the institutional system.At the same time,we should adhere to the basic principle of "political League building" and combine integrity,innovation and long-term success,so as to be a good bridge and link between the Party and youth,and promote the formation of a benign interaction between government governance,social regulation and residents' autonomy.
