Young civil servants have gradually become the backbone of the management of various social affairs in the country.The Communist Party of China adheres to the standard of employment with both ability and political integrity and morality first,and explains the important position of moral education in the training of civil servants.A noble moral personality is always the spiritual pillar of the civil servant and the basis of governance.In the social environment,the overall image of civil servants is directly determined by the quality of grassroots civil servants.This paper takes young civil servants from some towns and villages in Yuexi County and Qianshan City as the research object.Through the uses the questionnaire survey to understand the current status of the moral personality of young civil servants in towns and villages.The paper summarizes and summarizes the data obtained from the questionnaire,and analyzes in depth the main problems of the moral personality of young civil servants in towns and villages.Combined with in-depth interviews,this paper extracts the causes of the moral personality shaping of young civil servants in towns and villages,and finally summarizes the principles,contents,methods and ways of shaping the moral personality of young civil servants in towns and villages in China.
