The selection and employment of people has always been an important issue for a country and a political party.It plays a leading role in closely contacting the masses and implementing the party's line,principles and policies.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has continuously enriched the thinking of selecting and hiring people in the new era,from the standards of good cadres in the new era,the correct selection and employment of people,and the establishment of a mechanism for employing people.To provide the grassroots with the direction and specific guidance of the employer,and under this guidance,continuously improve the selection and appointment system for grassroots cadres.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's new era,the people of S County have improved the previous problems and achieved good results,especially in establishing correct orientation,accurately assessing people,paying attention to actual results,and promoting energy.Inferior aspects have achieved certain results,but in the process of internships in the selection of people,there are also problems such as restrictions on selection conditions,restrictions on assessment methods,difficulty in standardization,and difficulties in supervision and evaluation.In response to this situation,Fujian S County should further understand the connotation of Xi Jinping's selection and employment,and optimize from the perspectives of selection,orientation and assessment methods,and explore the rational path for the selection and appointment of grassroots cadres.Basis,promote the selection and appointment of the party's grassroots cadres.
