At present, our country is implementing teachers' recruitment system in high school. This paper takes the teachers' recruitment system in the high schools of Yuhuan Coun:y, Zhejiang Province as an example, to propose three urgent questions of teachers' r.ght, recruitment contract, and recruitment procedure in the practice of teachers' recruitment system through investigation. Furthermore, the present author analyses theoretically on these three questions, and proposes perfect strategies. The main methods used in this paper are as follows, documentation, questionnaire, interview, and comparison between home and abroad.The paper has five parts. First part is preface. The second is the investigation of present situation on the teachers' recruitment system in the high schools of Yuhuan County through questionnaire and interview, and analyses the present problems existed in Yuhuan County, which are teachers' right, recruitment contract, and recruitment procedure. The third part mainly discusses the problem of teachers' rights in the practice of the teachers' recruitment system, proposes the rights teachers should have and the strategies to protect teachers' legal rights. The fourth part focuses on the problem of teachers' recruitment contract, and proposes relevant strategies. The fifth part mainly analyses the issue of recruitment procedure and proposes that the establishmerit of recruitment procedure should abide by the principles of justice, democracy ;and legality, and puts forward the strategies to regulate the teachers' recruitment and dismissal procedures.
